- GPGo Packers5 days ago5.0Technician was excellent
- JEJessica EischensOct 8, 20261.0This was a terrible experience for me. The day of my repair it was scheduled from eight to noon. Never heard from anyone at all so at noon I tried to contact the office could not reach anyone at all! Called the corporate office and spoke with someone who was very helpful and finally heard from a technician at 1:30. They came and replaced my windshield. However, I had paid for a bundle deal and was supposed to get new wipers and it was a great deal. That’s why I did it and when I tried to call and email and text the technician no response!! $16 was refunded. The corporate office this time was rude. And still have no new wipers.

- SBSkyler BallingSep 24, 20265.0Brent showed up worth a smile and a great attitude! Diagnosed additional issues and was helpful with explaining what to expect. Very clean and organized process made it seem effortless! Awesome job!
- MTMandy TMSep 13, 20261.0First, scheduled a windshield replacement. We asked if it needed to go to the shop due to sensor calibration and were told no. The day of the home appointment, our appointment was canceled because they couldn’t CALIBRATE THE SENSORS AT OUR HOME. My husband made an appointment at the shop, brought it in, and they put a shit windshield on our car that didn’t work with the EOU system. My husband had to make ANOTHER appointment so they could switch the windshield out. This resulted in him losing 12 hours of vacation time. The new windshield was installed and they NEVER CALIBRATED THE DAMN SENSORS. So now I am having to take it to the dealership to fix their mess up. I would NEVER recommend satellite to anyone.
