  We rented a great vehicle for a two week vacation to Texas and back. Staff is always helpful and friendly. We rented out of Rochester,MN since they gave us a better deal than our local Enterprise office. It was only a hour away to pick up but for the price and friendly staff worth it. We have rented 4 times in the last year, 1 to move family cross country in a truck other 2 times to vehicle repair and this last time for vacation. I will always use Enterprise to rent vehicles.

  I was having an absolutely terrible day. I was very stressed, anxious, hangry, mentally/physically exhausted and Cassandra completely changed it. Her kindness, knowledge, professionalism, superb service, and going the extra mile (literally) turned my day around. Hopefully she gets a promotion or a raise, because she is a natural at customer service. Thank you Cassandra for a job well done!

  Price was way higher then on then agreed over the phone. Wasn't even the same class vehicle I had talked to someone about. Had to pay a unexpected $300 deposit, was promised it back on the account when the car was dropped off (we even assumed 3-5 days) but they didnt even close our account until the car had been sitting back at the office for 3 days. Used to like renting here but the COMMUNICATION IS HORRIBLE!

  I rented a car from the Rochester Enterprise branch while visiting Mayo Clinic, and I couldn’t have been happier with the experience. Nathan looked after me when I picked up the car, and he was absolutely wonderful. Not only was he friendly and professional, but he also had a great sense of humour that had me laughing throughout the rental process. The car was spotless, and although I had booked a Manager’s Special, I was delighted to receive a Toyota Corolla, which was perfect for my needs since I’m very comfortable driving Toyotas. The Corolla served me well during my stay. I used it to explore Rochester and also took day trips to Wabasha and Harmony without any issues. It was comfortable, economical, and exactly the right vehicle for my trip. What impressed me even more was Enterprise’s commitment to customer service. The day after I picked up the car, I received a phone call asking how everything was going and whether I was happy with the vehicle. That thoughtful follow-up really stood out. Returning the car was just as easy. Tommy completed the inspection quickly and efficiently, making the return process fast and stress-free. Afterward, Enterprise kindly drove me back to my hotel. My driver, a lifelong Rochester resident, was a pleasure to chat with and shared interesting stories about the city during the ride. From the moment I picked up the car until the moment I was dropped back at my hotel, every member of the team was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. If I ever return to Rochester, I wouldn’t hesitate to rent from this Enterprise location again. Highly recommended!
