  I had an excellent experience with CSC Towing & Storage. Getting stuck is never fun, but their team provided exemplary service from start to finish. They arrived quickly, handled my vehicle with great care, and were incredibly professional throughout the entire process. If you’re in the Rochester area and need a tow, these are the people to call. Highly recommended

  The worst and very rude, they charged me over $400 in less than 24 hrs , and both guys were shouted at my face when I asked them why they doubled the price in less than 24 hrs.

  Not impressed with their service, over-priced and they take advantage of the situation. They are apparently approved by the State Patrol??? I will let AAA know how unhappy I am with them...

  I have only positive things to say about Chris and his dispatcher, Eric. Chris towed my vehicle out of impoundment lot owned by Anthony William Hall of Tri-State Towing who extorted $5,000 from me to obtain vehicle towed there from Rochester Ford. My suspicion is Tony Hall & someone from Rochester Ford were trying to steal my car (<25K miles) to auction off. What stopped them is title to vehicle is in California DMV. I would AVOID Tony Hall, Tri-State & Rochester Ford. Liars. Pants on fire. Chris went above and beyond, kept his cool, nice guy—not a jerk and towed my Ford Edge the hell out of there! Rochester Ford failed to make requested repairs & left the vehicle in undriveable condition. Will request a long-distance tow from CSC Towing in the future.
