I had to sit there for 2 hours, so I watched him interact with other people & he seemed to care about his customers ans his job. It is expensive, but getting your car fixed anywhere is expensive, that's life. I would give 5 stars, but I had an issue with my wiper & they fixed it, but didn't check it so it really wasn't fixed. I went right back in & they took care of it in 5 minutes. I just guess the fact that they didn't check it before I did was a little irritating. There was also a lot of oil on my floormat. My car isn't fancy, but I thought they usually put those floor things down. Anyway, it was mostly a good experience & I wouldn't mind going back or referring people to go here.
