We had a great experience at Weelborg Ford! We were able to have a front row seat and watch the tech attend to Dora's needs. Our grandson (6) had quite the experience watching and asking us questions. If I had to give one downfall it would be that the balancing of tires are a separate price from the rotation price.
Never in my life have I had such a positive and personal experience at a car dealership, but most particularly with and because of Joel Read. Weelborg Ford and all that work there were so welcoming and so kind and so helpful. I will definitely make sure people know about our experience there
AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE + CHEAP TRICKS
We purchased a Ford Transit from this dealership, and were very excited to purchase our first car as a family. It was a great price and exactly what we were looking for. We live in North Dakota and they offered to drive it to us- handed it off and left.
Then we discovered all the undisclosed issues đź«
I had to go to the DMV 4 separate times with my two children in haul, because the original title was incorrect. And I understand mistakes, but being told multiple times on the phone that “I must be doing something wrong” and wasn’t taken seriously until I sent photos of the title to them did they take me seriously. And then they asked me “what did they need to do?” I was shocked a car dealership didn’t know how to properly hand off a car.
And on top of that, and probably the most annoying part, is two days after receiving the car, we started getting notifications about the tire pressure on the car. We thought it was weird, and we finally took it into our local tire place. They took one look at the tires and told us the seal was broken from someone overfilling them and all 4 needed to be replaced. So, us being shocked, called the dealership and told them the issue, and that someone must have overfilled the tires on their team, since we don’t have access to a machine strong enough to break a tire seal. The man on the phone just scoffed at my husband and said it was probably us. When my husband stated it couldn’t have been, the man shrugged him off and said he’d talk to his boss. It’s been over 3 weeks and we’ve heard nothing.
There are other issues we’ve noticed with the vehicle we were sold but those were the two most mind boggling experiences.
I’d skip if you’re looking for an honest place to purchase a car.
Trust worthy, very hardworking employees throughout the entire Dealership, and in my opinion they all go that extra mile for customer care. Ford Dealership in Redwood Falls, they won’t treat you like family, they’ll treat you better than family!! 👍

Talked to Taylor and they are standing behind their vehicles and working with us to resolve the issue. I cannot say enough about Taylors customer service! We truly didn't know what to think when walking back into the dealership, but Taylor took charge of the situation and turned a bad situation into a positive one!
Bought a 2005 Ford Mustang for 9500, we were told there was only ever a minor shopping cart incident we found out later there was a major accident affecting the frame. They were very accommodating fixing the exhaust and O2 sensor, and sales manager and salesman were amazing. However, upon taking car in to have brakes fixed found out entire underneath was rusted out someone put metal sheets with goop and painted over to keep it together by rear control arm stabilizers. This should have been caught when the car was inspected at the dealership before it was ever sold to us. We now have a very unsafe car as we don't know when it come apart.
