    got a ford focus RS through them, talked to them through marketplace and even got it deliverd to me 3 hours away!!, TJ is very nice and responds very fast to all my dumb question. defenitly reccomend these guys!

    My car was fixed in a timely manner, were very good at communicating information and helping me with understanding the issues I was having with my vehicle. They even picked my car up and drop it off when it was finished, it was very convenient. Super friendly staff, I will be using Weelborg again if my car is having issues.

    I purchased a used vehicle from the dealership virtually and had a great experience working with the team. They did an excellent job reviewing the Carfax information with me and provided detailed videos of the car, which made the process easy and transparent. The vehicle was delivered in exactly the condition I expected. About a week after taking ownership, an oil leak appeared. While it took a few weeks to identify the root cause, I truly appreciated that the Weelborg team stood behind the sale and supported me through resolving the issue. I don’t often leave reviews, but this experience was worth sharing. Making a sale is one thing—standing behind it afterward is what separates the great dealerships from the rest. Thank you for a great overall experience.

    They wanted me to leave a 5 star review for I recently bought a used car here and they sold me a car without telling me a turn signal bulb was out, no spare tire or jack, no windshield washer fluid, dirty coolant, dirt filled air filter needs a new tire. There are other things wrong but i expect that buying a used vehicle. Whatever the price tag is you will pay it. No negotiation. I over paid paid by far should have been 1000 dollars less and stuff that cost them like pennies could've fix those minor things. It needs a new windshield which costs 400. I only bought it because I needed a different car because my old was on its last leg and couldn't find the car I wanted in the area without driving across America. Way to pray on the people plus Im local.

    Our vehicle had an electrical problem that rendered the car unusable. It was crucial that the vehicle get fixed in a short timeline because of a very important family commitment we had to travel to 400 miles away. I went to the dealership (with some anxiety) to explain our dilemma and approached Taylor, Tom and Joel at the front desk to convey our need to get the vehicle fixed under a very short timeline. Their response was amazing. Even though their shop staff was already fully scheduled, they took the time to really LISTEN to my concern and within a few minutes made plans to get the car fixed and available to us the next day. Sarah, the service department coordinator was kindly in contact with us throughout the “fixit” process making us aware of their progress and letting us know what to expect. All of these people I have mention, including the mechanic who did the work but whose name I don’t know, were extremely professional and even more importantly, genuinely committed to solving our problem and making my wife and I feel we were their “only clients”. Their actions and their words spoke volumes! We are VERY GRATEFUL for how well we were treated when we needed them!
