  I have never had a poor experience at this location. I seem to have new people every time I bring my vehicle in and everyone working at this location are well educated, very friendly, extremely efficient and overall just seem like really happy people to be at work. They always do quality work and am very impressed with this business and the employees working.

  Had good communication and made it welcoming to wanna come back and get service done. The team they have is great, and very honest! At this location they don’t sell you unneeded things for your vehicle. Only sell what you need!

  I understand that the team at each shop is different so I want to be specific, this feedback is for the shop in Red Wing, MN. During the service the team was perfectly nice, and I thought everything went smoothly. The next day, I set out on the road to head back home to Washington State, and while out on I94 in the middle of nowhere Montana my car suddenly died. I managed to get to the side of the road, popped the hood, and found my positive battery terminal caked in corrosive residue. Not having the right tools to clean it and try to get myself back on the road, I had to call a tow truck and then wait for 2+ hours in 100 degree heat for the truck to show up. A $300 tow later and I made it to a town where I then had to pay for a hotel (another $150) because all of the auto shops were closed. The next day, the shop pulled the terminal, cleaned it up and reattached it and the car started right up. The worst part of all of this? I KNOW part of the process of getting an oil change with Valvoline includes a battery check...I SAW THE TECHNICIAN WITH THE BATTERY TESTER IN THEIR HAND! But when I looked on the receipt they marked the battery as "inaccessible" - which it is not...in a 2017 Mazda CX5 it could not be easier to access. So, either the technician saw there was an issue and failed to tell me about it, or they were just too lazy to complete all of the safety checks - either way, I'm out over $450 because they couldn't do their job.

  They got me in for an oil change right before closing and even found me a coupon I could use!
