- AMAl MarkwardtMay 29, 20261.0She lied to me and said Carfax stated trans fluid has never been done. It clearly states on Carfax the trans fluid was done less than 10k ago. Charged me for a 14q trans flush when they clearly only sucked 4 quarts out. No vehicle inspection, tires, lights, air filter, none of it was checked. Plus she wouldn't even scan my coupon. From a 1 second glance at my phone she decided it wasn't for their location but she needed to stare at my dipstick for 10 seconds just to see the level. Just scan the coupon and let the computer do the deciding. Overall it t was an experience that had me feeling ripped off. I won't be back. The valvoline in my hometown (Virginia Mn) could give this place an education on how to run a Valvoline
