  I wanted fluids topped off and checked as well as my tire pressure. Everyone was very helpful, efficient & got me on & out so quickly !! My brake fluid was low so it was recommended to have a diagnostic done to make sure everything was safe and if anything new is needed. I would have never known otherwise! Thanks to the team for looking out for me and my sweet babies who travel in our vehicle!!! We APPRECIATE YOU!!!

  Had a great experience getting my oil changed today! It was one of the most painless service experiences I’ve had. Nate and Caden were very helpful, explained things clearly, and never made me feel pressured into buying anything. Really appreciated how kind and professional they were!

  I’ll give 5 stars for the staff, quick service, and attention to detail. Beyond that I give it 1 star for pricing. I did have a $15 coupon to be deducted but didn’t expect the original price to be so high. Your price matches my Ford dealership charge and they do much more including tire rotation. I believe that would have cost around $30 or so. Unfortunately I fail to see any incentive to be a returning customer.

  The guys were super friendly and funny, but efficient in doing their job. Also super knowledgeable and no time was wasted when I was there. Would highly recommend!

  Tried Valvoline Instant Oil Change for the first time and had an outstanding experience. We pulled straight in with no wait, and the manager was incredibly friendly and professional from start to finish. He explained the whole process clearly, showed us everything on the screen, and kept us informed the entire time. Being able to stay in the car while they completed the service made it quick and convenient. They honored the new customer coupon with no hassle, and I really appreciated their honesty when discussing recommended services. Instead of pushing unnecessary add-ons, they told us what could wait and even suggested going to the dealership for the transmission service. They finished by asking if we had any questions and even wiped down the hood to remove fingerprints. Fast, transparent, fairly priced, and genuinely friendly service. We’ll absolutely be back.
