  Efficient, friendly, and professional staff. Graham was the Manager and he did a great job of going through everything and making recommendations, without pressuring you into anything. They ran very smoothly, and got me in and out as quickly as possible.

  The past 3 oil changes all with Vavoline I’ve been told my oil filter was in wrong! What is going on??? I only go to Vavoline and I’m beyond frustrated! They don’t compensate me for these issues, I get my levels checked in-between yet my levels were all low which makes no sense.. are they actually doing this services when I stop in? This last time I was shown 2 oil leaks.. are they caused from not doing the oil changes correctly and my filters in wrong?? The price for oil changes etc are not cheap- I do full synthetic and these past 3 times-new filters- and cabin filter.. NO compensation to make this correct! My tire plugs don’t get put on all the time and I end up having to deal with that minor issue’ I’ve gone to Maple Grove, Brooklyn Park, Plymouth-Golden Valley and now Shakopee-Prior Lake! I’ve never had no fluids, I’ve never had oil leaks.. I have a mechanic and knowing these things have been put in wrong is highly suspicious!! The video I was shown was by Assistant Manager using his phone underneath and again looking with him! No responsibilities whatsoever to make this right! Not even comp. the filter.. I’m faithful to getting oil changes on time.. this is really bad!

  The manager (Khalim) who I dealt with was outstanding. I’ve gone to a lot of Valolines both in MN and AZ…this was the best. He not only was very personal during the checking in etc…he did the work. And, changing the battery in my truck was not an easy job. He and his helpers handled it fast and perfectly. Felt like I was driving a race car and they were the pit crew. IT WAS MY BEST EVER VALOLINE EXPERIENCE Thank-you. Ron
