  This was one of the worst car rental experiences I’ve ever had. The vehicle I was given was in very poor condition. The engine made loud cracking and unusual noises, the car felt extremely worn out, and it struggled to accelerate properly. I did not feel comfortable or confident driving this vehicle. The customer service experience was just as disappointing. The representatives seemed more focused on receiving the insurance payment than actually helping me as a customer. I was promised certain things over the phone, but when it came time to honor those promises, they refused to provide what had been agreed upon. A rental company should make sure its vehicles are properly inspected, maintained, and safe before giving them to customers. They should also stand behind the promises made by their representatives instead of changing the terms after the customer arrives. I expected a safe, reliable vehicle and professional customer service. Unfortunately, I received neither. This was an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this rental company based on my experience.

  The team at Enterprise Plymouth, MN was fantastic, and Tia was absolutely incredible! Tia went above and beyond to make the entire process easy and stress-free. She was friendly, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. She even switched me from a minivan to a Nissan Rogue, which was such a thoughtful gesture and made a huge difference for me! The best part? She remembered me when I returned a week later! That level of customer service is rare these days. The rest of the team was wonderful too, striking up conversations and making me feel genuinely welcome. This was hands-down the best rental car experience I've ever had. Thank you, Tia, and the Plymouth team for such an outstanding experience. I won't rent anywhere else if I have a choice!
