  The price (through Costco) was very reasonable. Rental process was easy. Staff was friendly. Vehicle worked great for our needs. This is our third rental from this location in the last three years. I'm glad we found it.

  This place sucks. I had a rental car booked for me weeks in advance. I walk in to pick it up only to find out they rented the car out under me.

  ***This would be 1 star but the local staff has been overall kind and approachable*** I have been in a long term rental since August of 2025. Recently I was involved in an accident. In the process, I was proactive in informing Enterprise, complying with all necessary steps, and even helped them track down where the car had been impounded too. In that process, I informed them that I was unable to retrieve my personal items from the car and to let me know when I could appropriately pick them up. As I checked in (daily), they informed that they were still working through the process (reasonable) until one day they dropped the bomb that the car had changed hands to their auction part of the business and the vehicle was likely sold with my stuff in it and they had not resolution options... I am now over 6 weeks out. I have yet to been able to have a reasonable conversation with regional management (has called once from a private number...) or escalate my issue within Enterprise. I had items in the car such as a infant carseat, keepsake from best friends wedding, and other valuables at least totaling over 1k. Overall, they were good to do business with when things were really simple but when things got a little complicated they have made no effort to help find a resolution. Renter beware.

  Was given a car with a bad key fob, was locked put if car , due to key fob stopped working , take it , I was on a 30 min lunch break ,trying to make it back to work. Once it finally let me in and I tried to start the car, it didnt recognize the keyfob!!! Enterprise need to check everything about there cars before handing them out customers!!!

  Make sure to check the vehicles to make sure that everything works , including key fob. Had a bad experience with the vehicle that was given to me due to key fob wasn’t working properly. Also make sure the vehicles are washed .
