  This past Saturday we were on our way from Oklahoma City to St Paul to drop our son off at St Thomas University. Two and a half miles south of Owatonna the belt came off the engine. At the repair shop they told us the parts would be available on Monday. We needed to be in St. Paul Sunday morning for my son's move in. Enterprise closed at noon and our car arrived at Firestone at 1pm. One of the mechanics got ahold of somat Enterprise and they were able to bring us a mini van later in the day to drive the rest of the way. Randy delivered the van right to us at Firestone and we were able to make it to the university. I can't thank them enough for helping us out!   Sorry I didn't catch all their names but the crew working 8/24/26 were awesome! I had rented a National Rental car in Iowa and was on my way to St Paul when the check engine light came on just before reaching Owatonna. I showed up 5 minutes before closing time and they all were happy to help. Got me in a different vehicle in about 15 minutes! I'm not advocating taking your National car to Enterprise, but this location was top notch!

  Not a good experience never have the car you actually were suppose to get . Had luxury car reserved end up having the bottom line cars everytime. Also very rude and unprofessional from management to whoever you have to deal with .

  Staff was pleasant & helpful. They explained how the computer stuff worked. The price was less than I had expected. They offered rides. They checked the car for items I forgot.
