I was sooo excited to have found the truck camper of my dreams at this dealership. Being almost four hours away, it was a BIG DEAL to get as much information in advance prior to making the trip to look at it. I should have followed my gut when the salesperson seemed quite unknowledgeable and uncertain of the details in the answers he provided. After doing the walkthrough, I loved it and asked more than once if it would fit my pick up....a minimum of three times the answer was always yes. It fits, but is overweight. Several thousand later in truck upgrades, I now am comfortable with the results, but those expenses and research were all my own....no help from the Oronoco staff. Fast forward to pick up day. We couldn't get the time of day from the salesperson who sold us this vehicle. Everyone else, including the manager, seem to skirt around us. I felt like we were being totally ignored. Five and a half hours later our camper is ready. How did we find out? It was pulled into the parking lot in front of the dealership with the rig loaded. No one came out to tell us. No one came out to thank us. No one came out to give us next steps. No one followed up AT ALL. I walked up to the service counter and cashier and yes, it's ready. Payment issues at checkout for the service performed that day led to another 20 minutes of wait time. Overall, this was one of the worst customer service experiences of my life and that says a lot coming from someone who spent her career in the service industry. I requested a call from Camping World headquarters in APRIL....to date three months later, nothing. We are now having issues with the battery - the dealership promised us new batteries, we got one rather than the two this is designed to have. And now we're having power issues on our second voyage out. Are you considering this location or Camping World? My advice: run Forrest run!!

Avoid camping world!! Once they get your money they never return your phone calls. Never got my keys and temporary license place. Took 8 phone calls to finally get a call back. Never received keys. Paid extra for the deep cleaning and storage bins were full of dryer sheets and old appliances from previous owners
