  I went to autozone and bought duralast gold break pads and rotor for front and rear for a Jeep Cherokee. Apparently if you buy rotors you get a discount on the pads. The total was $520. I was giving the wrong front pads and went back to exchange them. When I walked in to the store there was four people in line including one being helped at the register. The staff member was an older guy who was moving very slow. He went to the back to get the spark plug four times for one person who was at the register. Two people who were in line waiting left the store because he was taking so long. I waited 40 minutes before getting help. So I wanted to exchange the front pads and the worker who isn’t new struggled to figure out how to exchange the items.i Was refunded $68 and charges $72 for front pads. So I left thinking I lost my discount on the pads. I had to come back again to exchange the rear rotors because they gave me the wrong one. Staff told me one rotor was already returned but I still had both. So had i to return one and get charged for two correct rotors for $188. Now I ended up paying a total approximate $570 because of their mistakes. So if you get a deal on a bundle purchased but need to exchange something from that bundle you have to bring every item back to return and repurchase to get the discount. Worst experience I have ever had at autozone I got the short end all because of their mistakes.

  I had such a great experience at AutoZone thanks to Jamal. From the moment I walked in to the time I left, he was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. He didn’t just point me in the right direction—he took the time to make sure I had exactly what I needed and even came outside to help me get everything set up in my car. His attitude and personality truly stood out. He went above and beyond in every way, and it made a stressful situation so much easier. Employees like Jamal make a huge difference, and it really shows how much he cares about helping customers. If he isn’t already in a leadership role, he absolutely deserves to be. AutoZone is lucky to have someone like him!
