  Service was good. I use full synthetic oil. I was told that the filter is faulty after 5000 miles. I didn’t appreciate one of your service tech. He couldn’t answer why the filter would know it’s 5000 miles. I did some research and many vehicles go anywhere from 7 to 10,000 on synthetic oil. also, he was trying to sell me on a product that I really didn’t want or need since I have a brand new 2026 F150. Almost enough to make me not wanna go back to this location!

  I like how they give you 3 choices of the same weight of oil but conveniently the cheapest one is no longer an option because they don't make it. What does that even mean ? Why offer it? Next choice is $25 more. Its the price one pays for convenience.

  Very disappointed in this location. Came here for the first time today due to an emergency situation and just had to get a quick change done. Normally I diy and use the absolute best quality oil and filter But since I didn't have time and the car was overdue because of heavy driving, I figured I'd pull in here. My plan was to get just a basic oil.Change , get everything topped off and deal with it again when I get back home. Wow! To my surprise they did not offer conventional oil. This would have been nice to know before they already had me pull in and start working on the car. At that point I felt trapped and just had to go with whatever they had next up on the list. Turns up next stop isn't even full synthetic but is almost $90 with tax. That is absolutely insane! The oil they use literally costs $24 a gallon and my car doesn't even take a full gallon. It's a Toyota RAV4. I don't know what kind of oil filter they use but I'm sure it's their basic unit so what are we talking....another $9? How in the name of God do you justify charging this difference for just telling me what I already know about my headlights and signals and not even having the ability to top off my air pressure because their hose doesn't have an adapter that fits through my wheel covers? I politely suggested maybe someone could take the wheel covers off and add air as a courtesy. No one stepped up. At that point. I decided I would never come here again and that is why I'm writing this substandard review. I understand everything is more expensive these days, but this is pure robbery.
