First time ever going to this one and waited a little while and when I finally got in it was almost like they were training a new guy because somebody had to keep telling him what to do. Then they broke one of my windshield wipers at the base(not sure how) and said they would replace it free of charge, but I would just have to wait for the part to come in. When I came back in for them to fix that I started noticing what looked like a crack in my windshield right where they were working to put it in. By the time I got home the crack had spread to about halfway across my windshield. I called and told them what was happening and they right away said “there was already a crack there” almost like they knew I would call. Will never be going back to this location.

I was the only one there when I drove in. I had everyone helping get the job done.

Quick but sloppy. The team was quick getting me in and out but spending $100 on an oil change to come home and leave multiple oil stains on our brand new concrete driveway because the tech didn't bother to take an extra 30 seconds and a little bit of break cleaner to clean up underneath while changing the oil filter has me not wanting to give them my business again. While cleaning the residue off underneath I also noticed oil smeared on the front grill and hood. Now I'm scrubbing the driveway trying to remove the stains, next time I'll go elsewhere or just do it myself so I can make sure it's done right. Edit: after continuing to leak for the last few weeks I finally fixed it right myself. The oil drain plug was not torqued to spec and did not have the crush washer. And the oil filter to was loose and leaking. I have since replaced the filter and plug washer to stop the leaks. Waste of money to use them I'll just do it myself so its right.

This is a place where you can stay in your car and just answer yes-or-no questions if that's what you want. But if you do decide to talk with the people who work here, you'll find they're knowledgeable and genuinely helpful — thanks Ben! for helping me sort out what appears to be a faulty oil-level sensor on my truck.
