I felt very appreciated and not bamboozled. I appreciated the knowledge and patience the staff took with me to make sure I had the optimal experience
- ASAlisha SaladinoJun 12, 20265.0At first I was annoyed by the wait. Fortunately for me, I used the time to take care of much needed emails and phone calls. This was my first visit. I thought it was just an oil change, but no! It was full service! They checked tire pressure, lights, and changed out 2 filters that my mechanic obviously missed. I know Ben is very honest. He checked some sort of fluid and showed me proof that it was ok. The staff were upbeat and very friendly and courteous. One even cracked a joke and lightened my day! I will return for all of my oil changes. I can't believe how gross the filters were, which is unfortunate since my mechanic charged the same and obviously wasn't changing them. Thank you Ben and the Valvoline Team of Northfield!
- MSM. ShanleyJun 10, 20261.0I will not go into great detail as it was a 2-month exercise in agony. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. Oil change, filter on wrong, leaked oil to the tune of 5.5 liters, stranded kid, tow, absolutely abysmal customer service. Fraiser , the area manager was abusive, intimidating, unprofessional and should be unemployed. All this for a terrible and incompetent oil change. Run don't walk away.
