  This pilot was a major disappointment . I understand waiting for a shower,when I get in the shower room,I had to have the guy reclean it. There was a dirty wash cloth and hair in the shower. I had already taken shampoo, conditioner etc our of my bag. So when I got ready to brush my teeth I found a hair that was clearly not mine in the sink. Then wanted in line for pizza and the guy ahead of me bought a whole pizza. No more pizza for me. Wasn't my hair

  I'm not sure I can't paint a true representation of just how bad this truck stop is with my words. First of all the lot is filthy! Everything from human waste, pee bottles, used feminine products, to just garbage is in nearly every parking spot. The restaurant has moved out so we are left with PJ Fresh. But it's rarely stocked, and the items they do have are adequate at best. The men's room is poorly stocked and not clean. The fuel islands are gross. If you find a fuel lane with windshield wash you've got to search for a squeegee. This has got to be the worst Flying J I've seen in my 20+ years (admittedly I don't use P/FJ very often especially when Denny's gave up on them). I do have a question considering all I've seen at this particular stop why is it that you charge drivers to park? All things considered I think it could be saved but it's gonna take a TON of work.

  Area was clean and well stocked. There was one cashier there when we came in, I believe her name was Darryonra, and she was cranking it out with a line of like 6 customers, running two registers and still taking care of customers well.

  I run a route from Minneapolis to Des Moines and this Flying J is always my stop on the way back home. Wanted to come on here and thank Kathy. People don’t realize how much service has dropped off at truck stops lately, but if more staff were like her, this job would be a whole different experience. Slammed store or dead store, doesn’t matter, I get the same Kathy every time. Really appreciate you. Please never change🙏🏾

  We will never come back to your has station. We paid at the pump this company took the payment $ 48 then put a hold on my card for $225. Now I had that much in my account but what if its all I had could have made my account go negative. Don't agree with this large of a hold.
