I had the person who picked up the phone go through *ITEM - BY - ITEM* and check because I didn't want to drive a long distance to pick the items up only to find they weren't in stock. "Yeah, it's all here in a box with your name on it" and each item I had ordered was indeed present. The online receipt said I had several days to pick up my order, and I knew I would be in New Ulm in three days for business and I would pick it up then and I told the person on the phone this. The next day I received an email saying that some of my items were no longer availble for pickup. I called and complained and told to call back and speak to another employee. I called the next day and the person told me that he had actually sold my items to somebody else BEFORE my order was placed. I'm not sure how that is possible, considering I paid online and the items were taken and placed into a box for pickup. Needless to say, they won't be seeing any more of my business.

Signs of a bad car battery can range from the need for frequent jump starts, slow to start, cranks or clicks but won't start, dash lights work but the vehicle won't start, etc.

HOW DO BRAKES WORK?

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
