  Great service. Attentive, efficient and kind. I was their final customer & kept them after closing time. They were so great about it, even though I felt bad to do that to them. Great crew!

  I feel terrible because I kept them late but they were so kind and patient and fixed my AC (which was very much so needed in this 90° weather we’ve been having). The manager Emmanuel and I am so sorry I didn’t their name were so kind I cannot stress it enough. I have had some bad experiences at Valvolines but this location made up for those.

  They did not have the oil for my vehicle, they discovered this after they thought they had drained it. They went to a local auto parts store to get some. Not ideal but things happen. They come back and fill my vehicle. I go to start it up and it will not run,sounds not good but cranks over well. Manager goes it must be the battery, I go hey it cranked over hard and no warnings on, so he puts away the jump pack. I check the oil level on the dash and its overfilled. They did not drain it so now I have 12 qts of oil in my car... I said hey what's the plan, at first he mentioned a bucket because they got just enough oil ro do my car. I said there is the used oil in there still. He goes your right and they go back to the auto parts store and picks up another 6 qts 0W-20 european full synthetic. Finally, I am drained, another new oil filter, and oil refilled. They were extremely apologetic replaced my air filter which I wasnt planning to do and comped everything. I spent a little over 2 hrs in the garage before I started my car and the oil that blew past the rings smoked the guy behind me about out his jeep. The manager in duty let his boss know some guy named Emmanuel and I documented the situation with corporate CS. I drive a 2024 VW Atlas with ~50K miles. I doubt any long term damage since the vehicle didn't actually start but believe me I will be vigilant... My summary of the situation was there was like one guy that knew what was going on and the rest of people were brand new and barely out of high school. I will not be back which is a shame because I live like 2 blocks away. More training and supervision is needed.
