My vehicle was totally mishandled, parts broken and not properly secured, my truck has never ran so bad, engine check light, which has never came on, is constantly on.
Air cleaner cover not secured had to fix it at home and wiring for air sensor damaged, not sure I would trust them working on a bicycle.

This guys rock. Very good at what they do. Just pay attention while you’re there so they can move fast.

Didn’t like the technician Cameron’s poor attitude and he kept saying that he didn’t know what he was doing which didn’t make it a positive experience for me. The other team members were great!
Always double check your stuff at any valvoline.. Didn't even bother wiping the oil they dripped on my headlight. Air filter not installed correctly. Legit only one way it goes in and they still got it wrong. Plastic near the oil filter still had oil left from them taking off the old one. Didn't even bother wiping a bit of it off. Thought I was leaking oil in my garage.

The opening attendants, there were 4 of them. One looked like he was mad or hungover, pants dropped down to where his undershorts were in view. I only needed an oil change, fluids checked & tires checked. Was advised that my battery was "bad", so I agreed to replace it. The only explanation given was that a chart showed that my battery was bad. A different attendant asked me "is the reason for picking your choice of oil was due to cost?". I did not see or appreciate the relevancy of this question. But I honored the question and advised I work from home, I don't drive more than 25 miles in a week's time. Then a 3rd attendant showd me my car filter, which looked dirty & grimy. I asked how much to replace it (after looking at an almost $300 tally of services on the monitor facing me) but I asked if I could get a discount on the overall costs for the services total. He said he couldn't do that & then dismissed my concern by telling me he will NOT replace the filter. Then a 4th attendant, who was actually rather pleasant, checked my tires. But he was the one attendant who dancing around the garage like he was at a club. I don't expect perfection, but the professionalism, customer consideration, and presentation were all LESS THAN ZERO on a good service scale. I hope Valvoline will reconsider their expectation of their employee's performance. It's not just a customer's completed service that counts. The friendliness, courtesy, and knowledge/explanation of what's best should be the attendant's job too.
