  Stopped by June 30 2026, one of those 90 degree and humid days. The guys working were great, took the time to answer some questions I had and offered clarifications with patience and respect. They were working hard in the heat, but had smiles and great attitudes. I plan on using them as my regular place if their service is consistently lovely!

  I sat at this location for over AN HOUR with only two cars ahead of me. I normally at other locations am there for maybe a half hour-45mins with 3-4 cars ahead of me. I had an appointment so I had to tell them I had to leave. Very disappointed that I sat there for over an hour with only two cars ahead of me. The workers were just talking to eachother and walking around trying to “stay busy.” Will be taking my business elsewhere.

  Don't bother with this place.These guys have no idea what they're doing. Especially if you have a fleet vehicle. They're not trained on the little things , imagine what they're gonna do to your vehicle. Buyer beware stay away.

  BEWARE! Go ahead and bring your car to this location if you want your car completely neglected and mishandled! Almost immediately after getting an oil change my car began to leak oil. (I am a first time car owner and don't know anything about cars) Fast forward a couple of months I just let it go on because it was winter and Google told me this might be an expensive fix, something I cannot afford. Fast forward ,another month or so I finally took it to REAL mechanics and they revealed that Valvoline neglected to tighten my gasket properly, thus causing all the oil to leak out. Furthermore, upon the inspection they saw that Valvoline put the filter back on my car SO loose that it was barely hanging. Mind you, they (Valvoline)took off my filter to show it to me and inquire if I wanted to replace it.. at that time I did not feel the need to replace it. I wish I could show you the horrific job they did regarding this. As a matter of fact let me get in touch with the mechanic who found it and come back to show you! I have never encountered such complete disregard for someones vehicle. I will NEVER return to Valvoline. Folks, if you're at this location, RUN! and book an appointment with CarX in Robbinsdale. Get honest and careful work done. The only reason I came to this place was because I was in a rush, BIG MISTAKE. They're sloppy, careless rookies.End of the day, I'm just grateful it didn't turn into irreversible damage.. But lesson well learned!!! Edit to address the comment left for me: Jamie I have no idea what you're talking about, I never filed a formal complaint. THIS POST is my formal complaint, there's absolutely nothing I want to pursue from you or your company, just stop doing shoddy work on people's vehicles! Thanks
