My vehicle was brought in in good condition and returned with visible exterior trim damage that was not present before service. I immediately reported the issue to the site manager, Phillip, and was told the business is “not responsible” and “cannot fix” the damage. This does not reasonably address damage that occurred while the vehicle was in their care. I have photographic evidence and records of communication. I am leaving this review as a formal record of my experience and will be pursuing appropriate consumer protection channels if necessary.

- MMMando MonicaMar 22, 20263.0It is a quick wash, and even if there is a line you get through pretty quick. I have a membership so I just drive in the short line. I am not that picky about my car. I just want to get the salt off regularity. I have a Subaru Crosstrek. It does not do a good job on the back side and is usually left pretty dirty. Staff will slow you down if you ask them to get the backside better. When I want my car cleaner, I go to a manual wash or do at home. Staff are friendly.
