  Had our car washed here for the first time ever and the young man working the front end didn't try very hard to remove the bugs from the front of our car. Upon exiting the was and drove home I discovered that the wash had not removed any of the previous bugs from the car. I drove around looking for the wash that would power wash prior to sending through the machine and I still didn't get a clean car. Will not go back to this was ever sorry ZIPS not paying 30 plus dollars to still have a dirty car!

  Was there yesterday for the first time… $32 car wash. The car wasn’t clean… was told that the manager wouldn’t be in until morning. I went online and addressed my concern…. I was told that there was nothing they could do. Never Again…

  ⭐ 1 Star Very disappointing experience. The management here, particularly someone named Joey with some old school jazz glasses, came across as extremely unprofessional. During my visit I witnessed an uncomfortable interaction between him and another customer , who I understand is disabled . The situation made the place seem poorly organized and badly run. The overall environment did not feel welcoming, and the way things were handled left a very negative impression. I rarely take the time to leave reviews, but this experience was frustrating enough that I felt it should be shared.
