  Place is slooooooow 2 cars in bays took 20 plus minutes to get us in! Way to expensive compared to others oil change places. Staff was friendly but motivation level just not there. Will not be back better off going to the competition down the road (didn’t use them today computers were down) or go to dealership.

  Manager Tom was not friendly. Didn’t greet me like I’ve been accustomed to at elk river. Took a lot longer than usual to get into bay. Took a lot longer than usual for oil change 3 people standing around not doing anything- managers personal appearance was not what I’m accustomed to at. Wasn’t ask about my air filter. Just came to my window holding my old one against new one. Didn’t ask if wanted to changed. Just stood there. 🤦‍♂️🤷‍♂️ I thought since it was a very new location the service would have been a 10. Instead it barely impressed me to rate it a 2. Poor poor experience. I’ve used no one except valvoline for as long as I can remember- my think about trying someplace else next time or at least a different valvoline location.

  Google says these folks are located ON a roundabout. They're down the way by the Chipotle. They found my oil had been leaking (thanks Midas), and fixed that up.

  Was great. Didn't take horribly long the 3rd time I went. Think they could use more staff as the first 2 times they were so backed up I couldn't wait 30+ minutes to get mine started.

  Would have been a 5 star review, but get your employees some help! This is a new location and there are only 2 employees working. This is very disappointing. They were very polite and worked hard. But, I saw 6 customers arrive and immediately leave when they were told that it would be a minimum 45 minute + wait because they didn't even have the staffing to service more than 1 vehicle at a time. The 2 employees on staff had to do the job of 4. I am longtime and loyal Valvoline customer. Yet I may have to go back to the Buffalo, MN location after this experience. Michael and Bri both deserve praise for their hard work and dedication. Lord only knows if either got a break or a lunch during their shift.
