They went above and beyond to get me the exact machine I was looking for and all the accessories to add to it. Also stayed open after hours for me after I got stuck in traffic on the drive there. Everything went extremely well! Highly recommend dealing with them if you’re looking for a new machine!

Every staff member I came in contact with, Dane the Sales Manager, Dustin, the sales person, and even Cayden the parts assistant was very accommodating and commutative, which is typically sorely lacking at other dealerships. Overall 9.8 out of 10 experience!
- CCCalebJun 20, 20263.0I've bought a bike and traded a bike to Moon in the past and have had outstanding experiences with transparency and trade-in values. But most recently, their trade-in values have been a huge turn off and have had me buying from other dealerships. Maybe they have the inventory and don't want trade-ins but the number I was offered on a 2026 S1000RR was outright offensive and nowhere near their trade-in estimator range. Every other dealership I contacted was at a minimum $4k higher than Moon's offer. Moto Primo ended up getting my business.
