  Did most of the deal online. I requested two things but have not heard back. Wondering if a drivers back rest is available and salesman was going to email me service records. Love the bike but I noticed blinker lens came loose on the ride home..

  During our cross country motorcycle trip from North Carolina I ran over a sharp piece of metal and had to put a plug in my brand new rear tire on my 2022 Honda Goldwing Tourer. When we arrived in Minneapolis MN I googled and found Moon Motorsports. I called and spoke to Dan Gjertson, Service Advisor. I explained my dilemma to Dan who responded that they were booked for two weeks but since I was 1,100 miles from home he was happy to fit me in within the hour. When we arrived Dan greeted us outside with a smile and a handshake. While waiting for the tire installation we spent time with salesman Dusty and got educated on the Honda Africa Twin that I’m sure we’ll buy one for our road trip to Alaska next year. Within an hour we settled up and were on our way. Wonderful dealership with great customer service. Thank you Dan for everything. Anthony and Nikki

  This was my second bike purchase from Moon. Very cool store, lots of quality used bikes and I’m very happy to be the proud owner of an immaculate preowned KTM 890 Adventure R. Thank you to Dusty and Rob for getting me set up with a great bike, and a very enthusiastic super duper thank you to Rob H. for going above and beyond to help me quickly resolve a couple of minor issues that came up in the first few days of ownership! I look forward to many more bike purchases from Moon in the future : )

  I brought my Can Am to Moon Motorsports for a maintenance service and to have it gone through since buying it used. I know BJ and trusted his advice about what needed to be done.   We worked with Parker during the sale and Tim helped with getting all the paperwork in line. They both made the experience a breeze and effortless. They walked us through everything from A to Z, answered all of our questions and kept communication at the top of the priority list.
