  Great experience with Moon Motorsports. I bought my 2024 Yamaha R1 from them in April 2024, and they’ve been excellent to work with ever since. The staff is knowledgeable, professional, and easy to talk to, and the service department has always taken good care of my bike. I’ve been bringing it there for service since I bought it and have always had a smooth experience. Definitely recommend Moon Motorsports if you’re looking for a dealership with great customer service and reliable service work.

  I bought my Triumph from Moon Motorsports and was impressed by their service from day one. My most recent visit was to handle a recall issue on my bike and it was handled very efficiently even while conducting their annual open house.

  I recently purchased my first motorcycle from Moon based on a referral from a friend. I was a bit intimidated given my lack of riding experience. That said, it was the best vehicle purchase experience I’ve ever had. The entire team was exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer every question. I recommend Rob and his team without hesitation.

  After problems with ordering the wrong parts and getting tires mixed up with a different customer, the service dept (specifically Dan), went out of his way to make things right and made sure I was ready for a long weekend trip riding with my boys and friends. Kudos to Dan for his outstanding customer service. He alone will keep me returning back.

  My experiences have been a mixed bag at Moon. I purchased one preowned motorcycle a couple of years ago...no issues with that at all. Most of my issues have actually been related to service. Much longer waits than promised or discussed, repeat visits to fix things that really could and should have been fixed the first time around...costing me many extra hours of time. Certain service advisors there can become quickly impatient, as though I am bothering them, and some have a tendency to be dismissive of my concerns. Management has always been very responsive to my concerns after the fact, though, so that's a good thing. I just wish I hadn't ever felt like I had to get management involved in the first place, for a proper resolution.
