  Purchased a used camper in February, brought it up north to use for the first time at the beginning of May. Had to pull the fridge out and put fuses in it to get it to operate, main propane line is cracked causing me to not be able to use propane. It wasn’t winterized properly causing water fixtures to break and leak water into the storage bin, the bed frame fell apart when the storage to under the bed was opened. The table top fell off of the table frame. When I received a call back I was told that “things happen” and I could schedule an appointment for them to look at it and “see” if they could do anything. I was also told that parts are hard to find so they can’t just order parts from me. The 130 point inspection I was told was performed is complete B.S. and this dealership seems very incompetent.

  I trusted Camping World of Monticello for my 5th purchase. I was rushed through my inspection, not shown how to operate a few items and now I know why. Rat infestation, chewed through wires, missing insulation, improper repairs, incorrect underbelly material. I only found this because I noticed the solar power wiring chewed through, so I investigated more. A lot of the damage was hidden so I didn’t know and was never disclosed to me about the damage.

  I want to Thank Scott and Aaron for the repair on my 2026 wildwood toy Hauler. They diagnosed my problems and repaired and ordered parts in less than 2 hrs. I previously had it at camping world in little falls mn, I purchased the trailer in August of 2025 took it back for repair of the 12 volt system did not work, while there my trailer was smashed and didn't get it back until before Xmas. The 12 volt problem was not repaired and the 120 volt system didn't work on any outlets inside and outside of the trailer. Very disappointed with little falls, but very happy with results from Monticello Camping World. Once again a very big thank you to Scott and Aaron.

  Very untrustworthy dealership I’ll never step foot in this one again. Service and sales. I seriously mean it, they do zero and I mean ZERO inspections on any units. They pray that you drive it off their lot. Their finance managers are your best bud until you tell them NO to their warranty upsells. It’s very awkward to have to get to the point of being pissed off before they finally move on and stop wasting your time . And this is the only dealership that I’ve ever been to in my life that requires customers to sign a power of attorney form for fixing titles if they screw the up, rubbed me the wrong way big time, I’ve purchased 70,000$ vehicles that never required that kind of malarkey. You’ll turn items in on brand new units for warranty claims, they’ll say things like “oh we fixed a corner” and stupid me trusted them, get home and see the entire vinyl strip snapped out of the corner screw that holds it in place their excuse “these shrink all the time” dude it’s been a day, you guys shouldn’t be working on customers units if you can’t even fix shit right! Scamming the customer, scamming their suppliers. Absolute scam dealership. Do not use Monticello’s dealership go anywhere else guys. The voicemail for the service department asking for the survey to be filled out so you could get your full kickbacks… bud I can’t help but be honest on those, the highest score I gave was a 3 on one line item the rest were 1 out of 5 stars because things WERENT FIXED RIGHT!
