  We had a wonderful experience at this Camping World location! Our sales associate, Blake, was terrific. He answered all of our questions and really listened when we talked about our wants and needs, likes and dislikes. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. We looked at 5 different units and by the time we reached number 5, Blake had steered us to the one that ticked every box. And he did this knowing that we were from Pennsylvania and likely NOT going to buy that day. I WISH we could have purchased our RV from this fine gentleman. If you are looking for a great experience, a knowledgeable staff, and a no pressure approach to shopping, please go see Blake!

  Attentive service and good knowledge of the products. One on one sales connection was a bonus! Dominick Z. was friendly and professional. He showed us multiple camper selections and answered our questions clearly. He stuck with us the entire shopping experience and helped us navigate through the series of personnel necessary get the purchase completed. Taylor S. patiently explained each page (of many pages) to complete the financial portion of the purchase. He offered excellent advice and suggestions to make our purchase happen quickly and efficiently. Steve installed the sway bars quickly and perfectly. He explained how they work, what to watch for and how to correctly adjust the braking system. He was very entertaining and is a man of charming humor. Camping World offered an excellent support system. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful.

  I am sharing my experience so other RV owners can make an informed decision before trusting Camping World with their property. I brought my two-year-old RV to Camping World for a manufacturer warranty replacement of the air conditioning unit. Prior to the service, the RV was fully functional and had no roof leaks or water intrusion issues. Camping World had my RV for nearly two months while completing the repair. During that entire time, I was never informed of any roof damage, seam damage, or signs of water intrusion. After getting the RV back, I discovered significant water damage to the roof and walls. Upon inspection, there was a large dent in the roof directly in the area where the AC work had been performed. The dent had split the roof seam, creating a path for water intrusion. Notably, the other roof seams remain in perfect condition. I returned to Camping World to discuss the issue with Zach, Services Manager. He declined to accept responsibility for the damage. When I requested video footage that might clarify what happened while the RV was in their possession, I was told there were no cameras available for review, despite visible cameras located throughout various areas of the property. I also asked whether Camping World's insurance would handle the damage claim. I was informed that the company is self-insured and that they do not accept responsibility for incidents occurring while in their possession. During that conversation, I was given a hypothetical example suggesting that even if a Camping World employee accidentally damaged a customer's motorhome with a forklift, the owner would be responsible for the loss. I then escalated my concerns to Kristin Wright, Regional Customer Service Manager. Ms. Wright denied my request for Camping World to stand behind its work, stating that it was clear the roof seams were compromised due to failing joints and deteriorated silicone. In response, I provided a detailed video inspection showing that the roof seams around the RV remain intact and in proper working condition. The only failed seam is located directly in the damaged area where the roof dent occurred and where the air conditioning work was performed. My concern is not only the apparent damage that occurred while my RV was in Camping World's care, but also the refusal to meaningfully investigate the issue, review the evidence provided, or work toward a reasonable resolution. Instead of addressing the damage itself, Camping World chose to attribute the problem to a broader roof condition that, based on my inspection and inspection by the RV manufacturer, does not exist. I am posting this review to document my experience and to help other RV owners make an informed decision about where they choose to have service performed. Because I have been unable to resolve this matter directly with Camping World, my next step will be filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau. They will be reaching out to Kristin Wright directly.
