  Had front struts replaced and 2 filters replaced. I knew upfront what the cost would be which was great. Employees were very nice and considerate and courteous. I appreciated the work done and the kindness displayed. Thank you.

  My friends scooter got messed up and his brakes were messed up bad. We looked for a place that could possibly fix his brakes expecting that we might get rejected, instead they gave us free drinks, snacks, and gave us our service for free taking 2 minutes to do so. Big thanks to these guys who saved our day.

  Horrible. Didn’t correctly diagnose my car’s problem. Let me drive home thinking that car was fixed, and it wasn’t. Resulted in additional expenditure and didn’t show any remorse for a job poorly done.

  I’ve been taking my car here for about 2 years and I always leave feeling like my car is well taken care of. Whether it’s routine maintenance or special work needed, I would trust the team at Bam to get it done well. As a younger woman, I’m always hesitant with auto shops for obvious reasons. But never have I felt uncomfortable doing business here. Highly recommend!!

  I've been going to BAM Minnetonka location for the last several years.To have my maintenance done on three different vehicles. Their system works great every time I bring the vehicle in they get it done on or before my time deadline. Can't say enough about their customer service. I will continue to use them in the future.
