  This message is directed to the people in leadership at this location, as well as to anyone considering selling their vehicle to this company. A few days ago, I went in to get an offer for my car. Before making the offer, the representative asked me countless questions and implied that I had done something wrong. They even brought up something extremely serious fraud. They showed me their computer screen and claimed that my vehicle's odometer had been tampered with. They continued questioning me about it and then made an incredibly low offer for my car. My mistake was not having my Carfax report with me at the time. The most recent records that they claimed showed higher mileage actually came from certified oil change facilities where the mileage was accurate and consistent with the previous service history. After that, they tried to buy my car for slightly more money. First of all, let me say that the place is in terrible condition. It looks abandoned from the waiting area to the restroom. The lack of maintenance is disgusting. Second, before making offers or accusing customers of something as serious as fraud, make sure you have the correct information. No one should be morally questioned or judged based on inaccurate or incomplete information. Thank God I did not accept the deal. The way I was treated showed a complete lack of respect and basic human consideration. It was both disappointing and shameful. 5XXGT4L38KG369144.   Was offered grand for a Grand for a 2005 f150 the manifolds themselves are whoetg two grand a piece brand new alternator literal new engine. Called 3 hours before appointed time to meet tried to buy it for $100... Watch out and everyone, horrible business practices!!!!!!!!!

  Sold my car earlier today to "We Buy Any Car" in Fridley. I worked with Quintin who gave me a very fair offer, which I readily accepted. He explained his inspection & the entire process, every step. Smooth & seamless. Also enjoyed talking to him about the Wolves playoff series with the Spurs, and gave me a great tip about a nearby parking ramp he uses. A very good day - earned my recommendation.
