- TLTerri LuetheSep 21, 20261.0I was told an hour wait. Then people kept coming up and staff kept putting people in front and updating times. Took over two hours to get in for an oil change and a light fixed. This is the worst location I have been to in the metro area.

- PMPaul MarinoAug 13, 20265.0He opened exactly on time at 8:00 and we're set and ready to go. Very efficient
- IAImran AdamJul 31, 20261.0I was disappointed with my experience. I arrived before another customer for an oil change, but because the employee spoke Spanish with him, he was taken before me. When I asked why, I was simply told to wait without any explanation. I believe customers should be served in the order they arrive or be given a clear reason if that’s not possible. Unfortunately, this experience felt unfair, and I won’t be returning.
