- IEIvy ElliottJul 27, 20261.0I completed a reservation online. I looked for what was required to complete pickup. When I arrived they requested things I was unprepared to provide. A passport, 12 month lease agreement, and utility bill. If I was on a lease shorter than 12 months, I wouldn’t be able to complete my booking. The rep was also snooty and insisted on reading through my 27 page lease even though the information he mentioned he needed was on the first page. It was an unnecessarily long process. They also down graded my vehicle and refused to change the price to match the down graded vehicle class.
