  Easy process from start to finish! I’m a Progressive Insurance customer, and after my passenger window was smashed in a vandalism incident. I filed a claim and was directed to Safelite through the app. From there, everything was quick and easy. Making the appointment was easy, and when I needed to reschedule, that process was just as straightforward. Throughout it all, the customer service agent, Samiya, was patient, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all my questions, and her awesome energy made me feel confident and at ease throughout the process. Samiya rocks! Thank you to everyone who made what could have been a stressful experience so easy and positive.

  Horrendous experience. The technician damaged our car and left without acknowledging it. I am still waiting for Safelite to fix the situation. In the meantime, I told our insurance company not to pay them. I have been to Safelite for service many times over the years. I won’t return.

  Safelite accepted an appt for 4 windows to be replaced after some vandalism on my car. 9 days ahead of time. The day before the appt, after they'd sent me a "get ready for your appt" notification, I got a message that the appt was cancelled because they didn't have the part and was rescheduled for 6 days later. WHAT? Nobody checked to see if they had the part from 9 days out, until 21 hours before the appointment? When they did come it was fine, a standard technician. The window does not look like it's attached right, so might call to ask about it. Can't recommend them.

  I was a little nervous after seeing very mixed reviews, but my experience at this Safelite was great for the most part. We originally booked for the Monday immediately following my car windows being smashed, but I got a text that the parts didn't come in time and I would have to wait until Wednesday. This was fine, as it was a very tight turnaround, and Wednesday still got my windows fixed in good time. All of the staff I communicated with throughout this process were friendly and attentive. The windows themselves look great and haven't given me any issues so far. The only negative point, which brought this down from 5 to 4 stars, is the fact that they were not open on time, causing me to be late to work. For a 7am appointment, I had to wait outside the front door (despite people inside seeing me) until 7:15am, when a traveling tech happened to see me as he drove by and took my keys from me so I could get going. I would highly recommend ensuring your facility is staffed at times when you are scheduling appointments, and that if they see someone waiting outside during your open hours, they be trained to greet them, rather than ignore. Otherwise, this was a great experience.
