  The tech who came out called and said he was at the door. I was not home and sent my husband down to greet him. No one was there. My husband called me back asking where he was. I had to call the tech back to ask where he was. He responded he was in his car, which was unmarked and no way for us to know it was him (we live in the city so there are always cars on the street). I called him back and asked him to get out of the car. I found out from my husband he ended up stopping him as it looked like he was driving off. The repair was completed, but we requested an upgrade of a windshield rain coating. That was not done and we were still charged for it. It took a text chain, that referred me to a 800 number, that sent me to the store before I could get a refund. This was supposed to be easy through my insurance. I will never use them again.

  Whenever your vehicle needs a windshield replacement or any other glass repair, I highly recommend Safelite. I’ve used their services more than three times, and I’ve been completely satisfied with their work every single time. That’s why I decided to leave my first review. By the way, I’ve never even had to make a warranty claim. That says a lot about the quality of their work! Thank you, Safelite, for your excellent service!

  They came and repaired my windshield while I worked. It was super easy and fast. I wasn’t without a car and I didn’t have to take off work. The technician was very communicative so I knew when she was coming and when she finished. Highly recommend! My insurance covered it.

  Easy process from start to finish! I’m a Progressive Insurance customer, and after my passenger window was smashed in a vandalism incident. I filed a claim and was directed to Safelite through the app. From there, everything was quick and easy. Making the appointment was easy, and when I needed to reschedule, that process was just as straightforward. Throughout it all, the customer service agent, Samiya, was patient, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all my questions, and her awesome energy made me feel confident and at ease throughout the process. Samiya rocks! Thank you to everyone who made what could have been a stressful experience so easy and positive.

  Safelite accepted an appt for 4 windows to be replaced after some vandalism on my car. 9 days ahead of time. The day before the appt, after they'd sent me a "get ready for your appt" notification, I got a message that the appt was cancelled because they didn't have the part and was rescheduled for 6 days later. WHAT? Nobody checked to see if they had the part from 9 days out, until 21 hours before the appointment? When they did come it was fine, a standard technician. The window does not look like it's attached right, so might call to ask about it. Can't recommend them.
