- KWKhalid WarsameeJul 27, 20261.0I brought my Audi Q7 in because it had an EPC light on and wouldn’t start properly. When I dropped it off, I agreed to pay $120 for the diagnostic. Later, I was told the diagnostic would actually cost $738 because the vehicle had been in a non-running condition. I understand that some vehicles require additional diagnostic time, but, changing the price from $120 to $738 after the fact felt unprofessional and misleading. Better communication and upfront pricing would have made for a much better customer experience. P.S they still charged me a 120 for a diagnostic I never received!

- AAAaronMay 20, 20261.0This is a biased shop, period. If you don’t fit the bill they don’t want you. I had a very simple electrical problem and they told me to go to an audio shop. I went there for solid help knowing German auto techs deal with those all the time, thinking it would be an easy fix for them. I was very wrong and I had to pay them money for nothing. Beware!
