  I had an excellent experience with National Car Rental at the Minneapolis airport location. The representative who assisted me, Elvis, went above and beyond and truly deserves recognition. Elvis was professional, patient, respectful, and extremely helpful from start to finish. He really looked out for me and made the entire rental process smooth and stress free. You can tell he takes pride in his job and genuinely cares about helping customers. Employees like Elvis are the reason people come back to National. His customer service was outstanding, and I truly believe he deserves to be recognized by management. Honestly, he deserves a raise. Thank you again, Elvis, for the amazing service. National is lucky to have someone like you representing the company.

  Had the best experience I have ever had with enterprise in Minneapolis MN airport. The desk was very efficient, with paperwork I went to pick up my car and Luke escorted me to my car. Efficient, friendly, helpful!! When I returned the car Zack was very helpful and once again efficient. I was expecting more of a hassle, I didn’t get it, I only received friendly helpful assistance. Good job enterprise, I won’t get a car from anyone else.
