  Matt and Reen were beyond kind and patient with me. I had two elderly women with me and a sixteen month old baby. Reen was genuinely gentle about answering my questions and continued to help us figure out the best deal. There were people waiting yet she did not rush us while keeping the interaction quick. Matt helped load everything and get my mom and aunt to car while staying professional as we had a lot of luggage on one of the hottest MN days. He helped us figure out the car and offered more aid than his job required. After a really taxing day, the compassion and kindness went so much deeper. Will be back and hope to see the same people there!

  I had an excellent experience with National Car Rental at the Minneapolis airport location. The representative who assisted me, Elvis, went above and beyond and truly deserves recognition. Elvis was professional, patient, respectful, and extremely helpful from start to finish. He really looked out for me and made the entire rental process smooth and stress free. You can tell he takes pride in his job and genuinely cares about helping customers. Employees like Elvis are the reason people come back to National. His customer service was outstanding, and I truly believe he deserves to be recognized by management. Honestly, he deserves a raise. Thank you again, Elvis, for the amazing service. National is lucky to have someone like you representing the company.
