  Absolute runaround and terrible customer service ​If you want to waste your time playing a rigged game of bureaucratic hoops, this is the place to go. I agreed to their upfront deposit requirements, only to be walked out to a vehicle covered in dents and nicks. When I rightfully said I didn't want a damaged car, they finally did a walk-around on a different one—after swiping my debit card a second time. ​Then came the goalpost-shifting. Suddenly, despite having a valid debit card and agreeing to all financial terms, they refused to rent me a standard vehicle category and threw a surprise utility bill mandate at me. I offered official bank statements and government/hospital mail tied to my exact address, but the staff smugly rejected them, claiming arbitrary rules about what counts as "real" mail while dismissing standard phone providers. ​Other locations manage debit card rentals every single day without this kind of disorganization. Save yourself the headache, the multi-swipe confusion, and the disrespect. Go to a company that actually knows how to treat customers like human beings.

  Once I booked the vehicle I needed the staff was friendly and both the check in and check out was efficient and quick. I was offered and given a ride home. Thanks for a great rental experience! Shout out to Luke for being a great rep, it was nice working with you.

  Really excellent and warm customer service at this location! I had an unexpected itinerary change, and the manager graciously assisted me, helped me get a refund for the days I ended up not needing the car, and was both kind and professional. The car was clean, new, and energy efficient. Renting a car is not usually an easy or enjoyable experience, but the staff at this location were lovely and made it very pleasant.

  Great place to rent a car. They were less expensive than Turo and gave me a fairly new midsize car for a compact price. They also allowed my wife as an extra driver for no added cost. Luke was great at communicating and pickup and return was super flexible and easy. Bottom line: Best price, good fleet, great customer service and very flexible renting and return policies.
