  I had to rent a car while my car was getting repaired and this Enterprise location rose to the challenge in all possible ways. They had a car that met my needs on very little notice, when I picked up the vehicle, Keegan took his time inspecting the vehicle and walking me through the features, and when it was time to return the vehicle, I was able to leave it at the body shop when I picked up my car and they coordinated the return from there. A couple of days after I returned the rental car, I realized I'd forgotten my work parking lot hang tag on the rental car's rearview mirror and both Keegan and Luke from the Lake Street location took ownership of my search and coordinated with the Enterprise location where the customer who had the car after me returned it once they were done and they returned my hang tag to me. It may not seem like a big deal, but when I talked to the parking coordinator at my job about forgetting my hang tag, she said she very rarely sees them returned from rental car agencies. Well, I cannot wait to come into the office tomorrow with my returned hang tag to retrieve my refund (they refund the cost of a replacement hang tag if you find your lost tag within 90 days) and prove her wrong! I will never rent a car from anyone aside from Luke and Keegan and neither should you - please tell them I sent ya.

  The customer service here has really gone down hill since Tyler left. It has honestly been a nightmare. I have rented cars for work from this location 7-10 times per month since last October. Cars have more often than not, not had washer fluid which has become a MAJOR safety issue 3 times. In spite of me coming here so often, under the new management I feel that I am treated as number instead of as a human being. I am working on getting my company to switch accounts to anywhere else because my experience here has been so stressful, horrible and unsafe. I do not recommend this location.

  Excellent customer service, car was clean and well maintained. Luc Moses-Thomsen was very helpful and offered me a ride home after drop off.

  I have rented from this location 3 times now and Luke has been great every time.
