My wife had entered a reservation on the website but when in person he had said that points were unavailable to be used (although being allowed on the website) and that she had to pay the full $1,000. On top of this he wasn’t willing to answer questions and repeatedly just told her to call a number. This was a reservation due to a sudden family emergency, with this experience it simply added eons of financial and mental stress. Highly do not recommend.
- SASadiyo AdenJul 11, 20261.0Not a good experience,asking for credit card they didn’t mention and booked a head of time yet was left in despair with my children knowing I was traveling and all they needed was money and I had my debit and so they could have accommodated it or emailed me a head of time and I even called them after I landed to confirm that my reservation was okay yet they waited for arrival to their office just to turn around and say you need a credit card and that was unnecessary.hope they changed something about that.not every body has credit card and the sky is the limit . Wish I could give them a zero star. I have so many times rented from enterprise in other states never had issues only used any form of payment except cash payments
