- SSarah שרהFeb 25, 20265.0I have been to CarX at the Lake Street location three times and each time my vehicle needs were met/fixed and I received excellent customer service. The photo attached is having the instrument lightbulbs replaced. I have also had my alternator replaced and heater core on my "classic" 2001 Mitsubishi Montero Sport XLS. Jesse is the onsite manager and he thoroughly explains repairs that are needed and options with no pressure. His team of mechanics are also very friendly. Make sure to check for coupons on the website. There appears to be a wide range of coupons.
- CPcarol peltierFeb 11, 20265.0I have a 2014 Subaru Legacy that runs like a top (yes, I bought the extra warranty) but has had nothing but problems with the tires losing pressure due to corrosion (I had all rims replaced) and now some new low pressure problem that required grease (I'm not a mechanic). Over the past few years, that damn low pressure indicator has popped on forcing me outside in below zero weather to climb snow banks to check tire pressure and then set up my portable tire inflator. NOT FUN. So, off to CarX for help. And more than once, I have taken out my credit card, ready for the bad news, and they have said, "No charge." I am so impressed with how they make me feel like a real person. I recommend them highly for their customer service and expertise.
