  ***DON'T PURCHASE THE DURALAST GOLD ROTORS AND PADS*** Autozone was having a deal on their gold rotors and pads where you purchase the rotors and get the pads for free so I purchased all four rotors and received the respective pads for free. I had a trusted mechanic install them and upon test driving them, discovered one of the pads had a substance that was caked on one set of front pads that rubbed onto the rotor affecting the brake quality. My option was to call AutoZone to complete the warranty process but that would require waiting for new rotors and pads to arrive which I couldn't do because I needed my car so I had the mechanic install another rotor and pads so I could get my car. Well when I went to return the defective rotor the store manager refused to refund my money despite their warranty. She kept citing their policy but their policy does not say they will NOT refund only that "refunds may be denied if the item has been used or installed." "May" means they can but this store manager refused despite me clearly showing them the part was defective. Needless to say, the quality of their parts are not worth the "savings" or the hassle dealing with their warranty. I'll be going to NAPA going forward and won't be recommending anyone to AutoZone, especially not this one.

  En esa tienda trabajadores son bien groseros de vende piezas de equivocadas y salen ellos primero groseros no quieren vender la pieza correcta y son bien groseros y mi gente no compren ahí para eso andan a comprar ubicaciones en Columbia heights o en Brooklyn Center ahí son trabajadores bien amables las personas que trabaja y son muy malas gente y además había pasado con mi amigo que había vendido. Una pieza había cobrado dos veces y sale enojada son bien groseros en esa tienda

  Just because this area is considered the "hood" doesn't mean Customers who are spending their money here should be dismissed! Tora definitely shouldn't be in customer service with an attitude, that should be left at the door as I was taught! Try a "hey how are you, thanks for coming in, can I help you"?? I buy and sell cars, I'll spend my hard earned money. 💆🏾 elsewhere.
