  The whole process was smooth as butter! No waiting in line at the airport, fast friendly service at the counter and the car I reserved was there waiting for me. I travel a lot and have occasionally had to use one of the other rental car companies and I'm usually disappointed in both the customer service and the quality of car I receive. In my opinion, Alamo is the best rental car company as far as customer service, prices, and selection of vehicles. I am never disappointed!

  Line took awhile to get through. Dropped car off before branch opened, with a full tank, and got charged 2 gallons of gas. Since there is no customer service line to call, had to deal with it via email. They did get the 2 gallons refunded.... but why was I charged it in the first place? I’ll try and rent else where.
