They don't check anything they are supposed to or say they are checking even though the receipt says "Checked - OK" next to every item. I noticed this 2 times ago so this last time I decided to watch them. Transmission-Not checked Power steering - Not Checked Battery - not checked Coolant - not checked Cabin Air filter - not checked The lady went to go check my engine air filter, but the guy waived her off and told her not to do it. Windshield washer fluid - not checked They offered new wipers, I said yes, and then they never installed them. At least they didn't charge me for them I guess. They were too distracted and concerned with what their coworker was doing on the phone in his car while still on the clock that they told me to start my car up before putting oil in it.
