  PAID FOR AN ALIGNMENT, ENDED UP WITH A DESTROYED TIRE — AND THEY OFFER CAR WASHES FOR REVIEWS? Absolutely DISGUSTING experience. This establishment is a complete joke, and after what happened to me, I seriously question the credibility of these glowing reviews. I PAID specifically for a 2-wheel/rear alignment because my rear alignment was noticeably bad and was already affecting my tire. I even called BEFORE the appointment and clearly explained exactly what was wrong, why I needed the rear aligned, and that my concern was the abnormal wear happening to my tire. I was told when to show up, so I did. I trusted them to perform the service I PAID FOR. Huge mistake. After the “service,” I received NO alignment report, NO before-and-after measurements, NO explanation of what was adjusted, and NO indication that the work I specifically came in for had not actually been completed. I left believing my vehicle had been properly aligned because, apparently foolishly, I assumed a business would actually do the job it accepted payment for. Fast-forward about a month: a tire that was only around SIX MONTHS OLD was completely SHOT from abnormal wear. When I came back asking for the alignment report and answers, instead of accountability I got excuses, attitude, and some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. One of the employees literally told me he would “refund me for the service and I don’t care if it has to come out of my own pocket.” My partner heard him say it, along with THREE OTHER CUSTOMERS who were standing inside the establishment. Then came the backpedaling. If you don’t want to work on a vehicle, SAY THAT BEFORE TAKING SOMEONE’S MONEY. Don’t accept payment for an alignment, let a customer walk away believing the problem was corrected, and then act like it’s suddenly not your problem when they return with a destroyed tire. And apparently they offer CAR WASHES IN EXCHANGE FOR REVIEWS??? That was the cherry on top. After experiencing the quality of their work and customer service firsthand, I’ll let people draw their own conclusions about how much those reviews should be trusted. An alignment is BASIC automotive service. I came here specifically because the rear alignment was affecting my tire. I PAID THEM to correct that exact problem. Instead, I ended up with a ruined tire and a business that would rather argue and deflect than take accountability. The most expensive mistake I made was trusting their reviews and leaving without demanding the alignment printout. Do yourself a favor: GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Go to a shop that actually shows you the before-and-after alignment measurements, explains what they did, and doesn’t make you fight for answers after you’ve already paid them. I wouldn’t trust these people with another vehicle of mine. I’ll be documenting everything and filing a BBB complaint as well. Customers deserve to know exactly what kind of experience they may be walking into.

  I got a full synthetic oil change through the Groupon deal, because it was genuinely the best price I could find. I had an issue with scheduling one day and they super easily switched it around for me. When I came in the man at the front desk was super friendly and even offered me a slushie. Would recommend, they had me in and out in 40 minutes.

  Mr. Cheng went above and beyond to get my flapping headliner repaired. The police were pulling me over, the flapping cloth in my back window was irresistible to them for a stop and detain. My stress was so high, after I paid another place to fix it, and it came loose and started flapping again. Horizon fixed it in ONE day, and even gave me a ride to work! Highly recommend!

  Their team is extremely professional and goes above and beyond for their customers. I would highly recommend them for any of their services. Truly cares and that's tough to find nowadays!
