  Wing, the manager, was extremely helpful and made sure everything was taken care of. His team replaced the brakes and changed the oil incredibly quickly, and the quality of the work was excellent. Fast, friendly, and outstanding service—highly recommended!

  I had a really good experience with Horizon Auto Collision. Cheng was very helpful throughout the entire process and worked with me on the payments, which I really appreciated. He also gave me a $600 discount and waived the card processing fees. Chris was also very friendly and helpful. When I first called, he made me feel comfortable, got us in right away, and addressed our concerns. He continued to check in during the repair process to ask whether we needed a rental or had any questions. That made me feel like they genuinely cared about making the process as easy as possible. They weren’t able to repair the heat issue because it appears to be separate from the collision repairs. However, Cheng explained that I should take the vehicle back to Rosedale Chevrolet and said that if Rosedale has any questions, can’t figure out the problem, or needs more information, they can contact him directly. When I picked up the vehicle, it had also been detailed and looked and smelled great. Overall, I really appreciate how Cheng and Chris treated me and how willing they were to work with me. I would definitely go back and recommend Horizon Auto Collision.

  I rarely leave reviews unless I have a really great experience or a really bad one. I went here for a quick Oil change and needed repairs that I had been holding off on. Cheng got everything set up and got me into a nice loaner and out the door. I took my kid to the fair and ended up getting towed on labor day weekend and they were closed that Monday. I was given 2 hours by the tow company to figure out how to get a letter confirming I was authorized to use the loaner in order to pick it up on Labor Day. I reached out knowing that they were closed and sent an email and a text. Cheng reach backout as soon as they got my message and sent staff into the office on their day off and drafted a letter for me. I couldn't believe it. Cheng saved me from being overcharged more by having to wait another day. Not only that, Wing checked up on me to make sure everything was good and Chris kept me updated on my repairs. I had a tour of their location from Chris which is absolutely amazing they have rooms that seem like they can fix just about anything and restore cars to spec. I really appreciate the customer service, and they literally changed my day. I couldn't find anyone who would do an oil change and ended up giving them my car to be repaired too.Cheng, Wing and Chris you all are life savers. Thank you for being so helpful professional informative and literally making my day x2. I definitely recommend checking out this place. As a woman going into mechanic places can be a stressful situation its hard to know who to trust because so many try to take advantage. I truly appreciate having that stress removed working with you all. Grateful to have found a hidden gem for all my car needs.
