Right when you walk into the lobby, It's very clean & there's a nice little waiting area where they have complimentary snacks & drinks. I got to the counter & was immediately greated by a friendly face. He had me checked in in less then 2 mins, unlike some places where you stand around waiting to be acknowledged. I highly recommend Horizon Auto & Collision, They're professional, honest & the service is impeccable.
