  I have been bringing my 4 vehicles here for oil change, etc. for many years. The team over there is excellent and never had an issue. Today Davion, Jordan and Izaiah did an excellent job and were very quick. The only painful part was that the price for the cabin filter. They charged $59.99. Anyone can check for good quality cabin filters for Toyota Sienna and it is available for around $17.00. Changing cabin air filter is easy for any DYI. So, other than these kinds of spare parts, I would think again or better yet, stay away if it is DYI capable. I should have thought about this first but I guess, I was too lazy.

  The kid that put the oil in my car didn't close the hood all the way. I got onto hwy 94 and had to pull onto the shoulder after it started fluttering. Was not a good experience. Especially when cars are going by at 70+ mph

  I cannot say enough good things about Austin, the store manager at the Maple Grove (Dunkirk Ln) Valvoline! When a severe oil leak issue popped up right after my service, Austin didn't just stand behind his work—he went above and beyond anything I have ever experienced from an auto shop. Austin personally came out to my workplace TWICE to check on the car, top off the oil, and replace the filter on the spot to pinpoint the exact issue. On top of that, he opened the shop early before normal operating hours just to get my Audi in, replace the drain plug and crush washer, and resolve the leak completely. He even offered to come back and clean up the oil spill in my job's parking lot! To see a manager take that level of personal responsibility, urgency, and care for a customer is rare. Austin turned a stressful situation into complete peace of mind. If you want a shop with true integrity, ask for Austin. Thank you again!

  Be careful! Went in for a basic oil change and left with bigger problems! The technician broke my radiator hose when he tried to take the dipstick out. Rather than telling me he did this, He told me that my holding tank was leaking fluid and they just filled My car with coolant and told me they wouldn’t complete the service. This obviously was extremely negligent and dangerous being I had no idea all the coolant was leaving my system. I left thinking I had a small problem, I later became stranded because I had no idea coolant was spraying everywhere due to the broken hose. My car also overheated, and my radiator became damaged as a result. Customer service was great at understanding the problem in attempting to help me. The store manager, however, was not. He didnt get back to me for two weeks. Once we spoke and I was able to get all my invoices and send them in as requested and the $1200 repair was almost all reimbursed. I say almost because despite agreeing they were 100% at fault, the manager told the customer service rep because I missed one of his phone calls he wouldn’t reimburse my $30 uber! Seriously petty given the negligence this issue started with. I wasn’t going to leave a negative review but since he wants to be petty I thought I would return the favor

  Everyone but NES was great. The rule of thumb is to be kind to everyone, you never know what they’re going through. He was rude, unwelcoming, and made me feel uncomfortable being there. I think that says alot for a drive- thru location. Meeting people with kindness is not a hard task and important when working on detailed things like people’s cars. I won’t be at this location or business again. Thanks to all of the other guys who helped me and shared knowledge of my car to help me understand the process!
