  Last time I changed the oil, they forgot to put the plastic bag screws and ripped my bottom hole cover sheet

  Peter at the Maple Grove location is amazing! He helped with an oil leak I had on my Toyota Camry. He was so thorough and patient with my questions. Peter earned a lifetime customer today!

  wish I could give ZERO stars. The 2 kids that did my service had to ask me if I remember seeing them remove the old oil because they forgot to do it…. Meanwhile another kid said just pretend we did it while my window was wide open right next to them. The bolts on the bottom of the car came off on my drive home on the highway and I called them immediately. After almost 6 months of trying to get my vehicle fixed due to poor service, the manager Nate conveniently told me today that there’s been too much time and they can’t fix anything. AFTER I have been told for months that they would be able to get it taken care of and refund my oil change. Now they claim that the person that promised that doesn’t work there anymore so it’s a lost cause! TERRIBLE service, AWFUL customer service & not worth the money at all.

  Worst service ever. It took me 1 hour to get oil changed. There was just one car ahead of me and it took the crew 35 minutes to change oil on that car and 25 minutes to change oil on mine. The reason? There are 3 stalls in there and just 3 crew members total plus a lady apprentice who they tried to train on customer cars. Half of the time they spent fixing that lady mistakes and explaing to her how to do things. When I asked them to stop explaining to her how to close the caps, measure the oil level etc on my car and just do the job they said they need her get trained on customers cars, period. Not on the customer cars, pretty please! Never again in that location.

  OMG love this place I always come here 💜 they got me in and out in 5mins literally I think the most I have had to wait was maybe 15mins and that was a busy day for them. The guys are so nice here and answer all questions you might have. I recommend googling a coupon beforehand because you can save up to $25 this month the $25 coupon ends 4/28 but they always have good coupons and you can have it text right to your phone. So if your in need of an oil change definitely go to the maple Grove location they're THE BEST!!! ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐
