  Just had my oil changed and again...great experience! Total 30 mins with wait time. Jay was very professional, friendly and knew what he was doing. I drive from Minnetonka to Maple Grove to have my oil changed here because I have tried other locations and had employees mess up. But this one...managed well, they take you in the order you arrived and always a job well done!!

  I regularly get my oil changes here and have for the last few years. Something has majorly shifted with this business. I have many thoughts on this place and their staff but to sum it up they are under trained and rude, and apparently they were out of oil so I left today without an oil change. I will no longer be coming here and would recommend anyone else considering it do the same and to check out Take 5 in Roger’s.

  The gentlemen who helped me were all very thorough and efficient in getting my oil change done. They were clear about everything they were doing and I appreciated how they showed me the filters and explained the different prices available. Overall a very satisfactory experience!

  Pricing is not transparent… 5 quarts is not enough for an average vehicle and there was no good explanation as to why there is an upcharge. Also unless I had said something the “fill” or dipstick check only showed about 2/3 full and the staff figured it was fine. That wasn’t and I insisted they actually fill it properly. Not happy not impressed and actively telling others and seeking an alternative

  Went to this location a of couple weeks ago for an oil change. Got there around 11:45 and waited in line for an oil change for an hour (3 cars in front of me). When it was my turn, I asked the technician Nas about the airconditioning recharge which he said they could do. I had a 2:00 appointment elsewhere so asked how long it would take. He kept saying, "Not long, not long..." . I was told to wait in the waiting room. After about 25 minutes, he came into the waiting room around 1:15 and I asked how much longer as I'd now been there for an hour and a half. He stated again, "not long, not long, almost done." Another 30 minutes goes by and I was getting really frustrated so I finally asked a different tech how long this service takes and was told about 45-50 minutes. At 1:50 when Nas was still not done with my airconditioning, I realized I had to miss my 2:00 appointment. My car was finally ready at 2:20 and I had spent 2.5 hours there!
