- JMJackson MoormanMay 2, 20261.0I want to clarify a few things in response to the business’s reply to our original review. First, we were never contacted that the driveshaft was completed. It sat there for over a month with no communication or follow-up. Second, there were no “threats” made. I stated there would be an issue if we were expected to pay full labor after an expensive original yoke went missing and no effort was made to resolve it. That’s not a threat—that’s addressing a problem. Third, the employee was told to keep the original yoke. The fact that this was not documented internally is not our responsibility, yet that’s how it was treated. To be fair, they did waive the labor cost in the end, which we do appreciate. However, that does not excuse how the situation was handled. The biggest issue was the interaction with management. The woman we spoke with was extremely rude and dismissive, cut off the conversation, and said, “just take the driveshaft, I’m not dealing with this anymore.” That level of customer service is unacceptable. Mistakes can happen—losing parts, miscommunication, etc.—but how a business handles those mistakes is what matters. Unfortunately, this was handled poorly.
- CMChris MoormanApr 30, 20261.0Just had my son pick up my driveshaft that they were going to swap the yoke and balance. Dropped it off roughly 45 days ago and never heard back. Show up and my original yoke is missing. First it was because my driveshaft was there over 30 days and second excuse was because original employee no longer works there. Apparently both my fault. Tried to have a conversation with the female manager that it was an expensive yoke. She cut me off and said “just take the driveshaft….Im not dealing with ths anymore.” Just rude and abrupt. Terrible customer service. I will not use them again.
