It took a little effort to get a direct number to a real person rep but got a number chatting with a bot. Everything was awesome from that point on. Great, fast, friendly and helpful. I'd definitely recommend this shop.

- BHBrad HemmeschJul 31, 20262.0My first appointment was cancelled after the arrival window because they didn’t even have the glass yet. At my second appointment I was informed they wouldn’t replace my windshield that day because my car had error codes they couldn’t clear, and they stated I needed to take it to the dealer to clear those in order to recalibrate sensors after replacement. Ended up costing me a $105 at the dealer to clear codes, and they said this was unnecessary and that safelight is the only place that regularly requires this. What should have been a single appointment ended up requiring 3 appointments with safelight, plus one at the dealership. In the end my windshield was replaced, and seems to be well done. No complaints about the actual installation.
