- GLGregory LopezMar 28, 20261.0Multiple (5) violation 12s within a 3 week period, which intoxalock people could never tell me what was causing the violation. Every time this happened I was charged $75 from intoxalock and $30 for the shop to clear the violation. Disputed the multiple violations and after the intoxalock telling they apparently found nothing wrong with their device the violation all of a sudden stopped without me doing anything. Customer service was always horrible. Then the "cyber incident" that locked me out of my car for 5 days without any kind of idea how long my car would be unusable. Finally had to pay $450 to remove their device and have another companies device just to get my car back. Then after getting emails like everyone else in my situation with the cyber incident lockout saying we would not be charged for the lockout violation, I get a credit to my account for this but simultaneously receive 2 more additional charges that intoxalock customer rep cannot tell me what they are for. I just went ahead and paid it to finish having to deal with this crap company.
