  We had a fantastic experience working with Mike at Camping World when purchasing our camper! He worked hard to get us a great deal and was upfront, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure we felt comfortable with our decision. Mike made the entire buying process smooth and stress-free, and we truly appreciate all of his help. We highly recommend Mike at Camping World to anyone looking for a camper. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience!

  From the time we stepped into the store through signing all the documents when we purchased our new camper - everyone was helpful and focused on making our experience a positive one. I would highly recommend Camping World - Little Falls to anyone looking for a camper or needing service done to their camper.

  Gave 2 stars because I liked our salesman and he really knew about the Forest River we bought but as for the rest of our experience, it deserves a zero. Communication with customers is pretty non existent after you sign the contract. After walk thru with technician, drove home, air conditioner compressor not working. Back to the lot, had it over 3 weeks. Called service repeatedly, left messages, never a return call back. Only got fixed after we told them we were coming to get and take it somewhere else. Decided to cancel the extended warranty, tire, and gap. Signed paperwork like instructed ...I checked on it AFTER 30 DAYS...surprise finance girl never submitted the cancellation requests. After FINALLY getting finance girl on the phone she managed to process one, while on phone with her. Took another 30 days to get her on phone to process the other one. So exhausting. Finance girl really needs more training in customer service, but what can you expect when general manager of dealership doesn't return phone call either, so customer service really isnt a priority. Taking your money is the priority.

  We bought our camper here in spring 2025 - did not use it more than 10 times and the slide out broke @ 14 months - because we didn’t buy extended warranty- cost to fix $3700!! Cost us $100 to look at it and since we decided not to fix it there - would have cost us another $200 to put the panels back together- we just brought home and are going to get it fixed- traded- elsewhere- we had a Jayco for 13 years - no problem except normal water heater only🙄 they just want to sell extended warranty and charge you unreasonably if you don’t buy it- unreal- never going there again!! My brother had a similar experience!! Brand new camper and slide didn’t work- he had to drive there and sit in parking lot and make enough “noise” to get their repair person to travel to his place to fix it- not very good customer service!!

  Will never buy from camping world again. Bought my first camper in 2022. Sales did a decent job when buying the camper after that went downhill. Finance scammed me on the warranty they told me that the bank would only approve to finance if I bought the extended warranty didn’t find out until later that this is actually illegal. After that had to bring the camper in 3 times for a water leak they couldn’t find. The 4th time they sent out a tech to repair it he left and it still leaked after that I decided to figure it out myself. Then the slide out motors failed during the repair I had went in to the dealership to check it out and found that the main beam above the slide was bowed down putting pressure on the slide out and had a large knot in the middle. I asked them to fix it at that time and the techs assured me that the repair they were doing would fix that issue. Also while they had my camper I asked them to inspect the roof and fix any spots that needed to be fixed. When I got the camper home I inspected the roof myself and looked like no spots were sealed but I found a few spots that did need to be repaired. Fast forward a couple years and I’m still having issues with the slide out. Mainly water pooling after the rain. I am assuming it does this because the main beam is bowed putting pressure on the slide. I finally went to install a slide topper. During installation I found that the brackets they install when it was new were installed in the wrong spot and I really don’t want extra holes drilled in the side of my camper. So I became fed up with my experience with them and called them. They say they had no records of me ever bringing it in for the problems I’ve had and would not stand behind any of the work that had been done before. After calling camping world little falls it was ultimately decided that we were going to look to trade in this camper and get into a different unit. The sales manager was going to “run some numbers and get back to me” she never did. Overall I would not recommend anyone purchase from this dealer unless you want the headaches that shouldn’t come with buying a brand new camper.
