  I have been going to the Rice Street little Canada Valvoline Instant Oil Change for about a year and a half now. Today July 31st 2026 I stopped at this location for an oil change, the individual servicing my vehicle Topside was Aaron Deion. At the end of my service at informed Aaron that I had a coupon I’d like to use which I provided, he stated this location did not accept $20 coupons. I let him know I have used the $20 coupons before in the past, Aaron went back and forth with me about the coupon and I eventually told him he could check the system as Aaron assumed I was lying. Aaron’s response was “you know what, I’m glad you said that. I will check to see if you’ve used any $20 coupons at this location” after checking and confirming that I have in fact used the $20 coupon before he then stated the person that allowed me to use the $20 coupon does not work at that location and in fact works at another location an hour away. I questioned how he would even know this information but didn’t want to go back and forth again so I then asked to speak to a Manager. Aaron informed me that he was the manager and have been working at this location for 2 years, I’ve been getting my vehicle serviced at this location for over a year and have never seen Aaron before. While I was gathering the cash to pay for the service I could over hear Aaron talking with other coworkers about what happened, I over heard him say “I’m not losing my job over a $20 coupon, if she has another job for me then I’ll take her $20 coupon” when he came back to my vehicle to collect the cash I let him know that I have already accepted the fact that he was not going to accept my coupon so there is no need for him to keep the conversation going in my presences with his coworkers.

  It was over 100 degrees and these people went out of there way to top off my Antifreeze tank. Because I get my oil changes here there was NO COST!!! They are number one with me!!!

  Technicians were excellent to work with, fast, communicative, and helpful. I had checked the oil a few weeks before the oil change service, and the tech looked and saw that the oil cap was not on the engine place but was over on the left side. He immediately let me know of the issue, and I was so appreciative of the catch by the tech. Highly recommend Valvoline!
