First of all they do not accept the coupons that you receive from the text messages so why send me a text message if you're not going to accept the coupon second of all this last time whoever was the guy that was working he could not speak English at all nothing against people from other countries but if we can't communicate effectively especially when working on my car that seems to be a little dangerous to me. So Valvoline please care about your customers a little bit better and especially the franchise owner of this Valvoline oh yeah and his upsell on trying to get me to replace my air filter and I refuse to do so and he clearly got an attitude and got mad about it made me very uncomfortable after that of him even working on my car.

I just decided to get it done anyways they offered me a $15 off coupon and then gave me a bill for $98. I have a 2005 beat up Toyota with almost 300,000 miles. they ended up giving me some super synthetic I don't know who pays $100 to get their oil change but I don't drive no city plow. I guess I'm not eating for the week do not go to this place I don't know if these oil technicians personally own the place but it appears that maybe they get some kickbacks for upselling. I don't get scammed too often so I guess it's my turn however I'm divinely protected and karma's coming.
