- MGmark griebelAug 11, 20265.0Daughter’s car started losing power driving up Rice Street on her way home from work. Met her and we were able to limp it to the Good Neighbor Automotive parking lot after hours. We filled out the drop off request and put the key in the slot. I called at 7:30 the next morning and they were already working on it. They called back an hour later saying it was fixed! About half what I was expecting to pay. Found my new go to repair shop!

- KBKyle BraatzApr 24, 20265.0I called these guys out of the blue on a Monday (4/20/26) after the mobile mechanic I had scheduled bailed on me. They got me in on the spot. I had a dead alternator but the car still ran so I drove it there and it ended up dying on the frontage road to the shop. I called Jared and he left the shop to come make sure I was alright and I ended up being able to idle the remainder of the way and he followed behind me the rest of the way to make sure I got there ok. They had my car fixed and back in good running condition with a quality repair in 2 hours and he even told me if anything were to go wrong he stands behind his work. I think these guys go above and beyond and they are friendly pleasant people to deal with. I’m new to the area and have never used these guys before but they will absolutely be my go to shop for any future repairs I may need. Absolutely 5 stars! Thank you Jared and Joe for all your help it’s much appreciated!

There not there just to get your money but to actually fix your vehicle the way it should be and leave you with a smile. I have been going here for years and tell EVERYONE I KNOW to go here and only here. If there is ever a problem (Defective part etc..) they will make it right asap and make sure again you leave with your car in tip top shape and a smile on your face. 5 stars really isn't enough for this place. But that's all I can give on here so 100% 5/5!!
