When picking up they again went over with me what the did and even went over the invoice with me. The employees were really friendly. Would highly recommend.

- APAndy PostemaSep 22, 20262.0The first time I went there was great, they found a few issues and made the repairs they were able to in the timeframe I had available. They said they would need another appointment scheduled because the rest of the job would take more time than I could afford to be without my car. Fine, I get it. I scheduled a second appointment, they gave me a date and time that worked with my weird hours and I figured they'd finally finish the job. That's what we agreed on and I even brought the invoice from the last time to let them know exactly what needed to be done. Instead, they charged me for another inspection, diagnosed the same issue and called me 3 1/2 hours before they closed and said they couldn't do the job because it'll take 3 hours. Not too happy that I paid for an Uber to and from work, plus another $120 for a diagnostic fee for absolutely nothing to be done with my car. I'm not sure if the guy at the front desk didn't relay the information to the mechanic properly or if they just thought they could make a quick buck off of me, either way, I don't foresee myself going back any time soon.
