I cannot thank Chris & Marek's Towing enough for their help this past weekend. My car locked automatically with my keys inside and my young son strapped into his carseat. To make matters worse, the vehicle was not running. The police arrived first but were completely unsuccessful in getting the doors open. Fortunately, Chris arrived and managed to unlock the car in just minutes! His speed, professionalism, and skill turned a terrifying situation into a massive relief. If you ever need fast, reliable, and expert service, call them immediately. Thank you so much for saving the day!

We had a flat tire and they came out very quickly to help, even on a Saturday. Knowledgable on if we could drive our spare. Very nice throughout the customer service process!

I just recently had a seizure while driving, causing me to crash into the center barrier before coming to a stop. State police called Marek's while they were loading me into the ambulance. The next day I go to take pictures of my vehicle and they won't even let me do that without paying the recovery fee... It was a $580 bill for a tow on top of medical bills! I was in an accident due to a medical condition, my car was not in a difficult place to tow or very far away no more than 15 miles, and I had no choice or say in the matter. And then I can't simply take pictures of my car? Never will I recommend Marek's. Poor ethics, terribly rude employees, and zero transparency. Not every family business is a good business.
