I had my ZForce in there in Dec of 25 for the rear drive shaft being stripped out which was under warranty. In May of 26 the rear drive shaft stripped out again with only 12 hours on the new part. When I called Leo’s I didn’t get a very good feeling about how they referred to CFmoto parts and and how they handle things out of warranty like this, so I called CFmoto. They recommended I take it to another dealership to have the work done on it. After receiving the bad news and the mechanic and GM both said that it appears Leo’s didn’t do the complete job. After some research it says that when putting the rear drive shaft back together to grease the splines and the photos will show that they didn't grease anything. They only replaced one coupler also which Amanda told me that CFmoto only pays them for what’s broken and that’s what the lead mechanic found. Obviously they didn’t look at the other coupler and didn’t follow the procedures written by CFmoto. The photos will show half assed work and no customer satisfaction since I had to pay to have this job done correctly this time because Leo’s didn’t perform it correctly back in December. CFmoto says to grease the splines on both ends with 15g-18g of grease which is 5-8 pumps of a grease gun. There is no way in 12 hours of run time that these parts would be that dry, rusty and worn out. Thanks Leo’s for nothing but headaches and shitty service.

I bought a new side by side that needed it's first break in service which is required to be done by a dealer apparently if you don't want to risk your warranty being void. The first service procedure is pretty cut-and-dry in the owners manual as far as what needs to be done. I asked Leos for a quote on the first service, and knowing what the manual states, asked them what they included in that service. Their service matched that of the manual. I asked them for a price and they quoted me $625.00. I called back about an hour later to schedule the service and got another person on the phone, I asked them for a quote- $625. I scheduled the appointment. They did complete the service in the time they said they would, I was really happy about that. When I got the bill for $750 I was a little shocked and I asked them if they had to do any thing extra, they said no, everything looked good. I did not get charged for anything extra, the bill was itemized and I could see exactly what I was charged for. I did express my confusion to the person at the service counter, but paid my bill in full and left. The owner, Randy, took it upon himself to contact me regarding the confusion and we got everything worked out. Randy took the initiative to talk to the service department regarding my concern and made everything right with me. There was just a simple error in communication that everybody went out of their way to make right. I am very please with the follow up service I received despite the initial confusion. Thank you to everyone there, I would recommend them, and their service team, to anyone.
