    I had a 5* experience with Enterprise. My vehicle was t-boned by another vehicle, and it was totaled. The whole process of totaling a vehicle and turning the title of a vehicle that you love over to insurance is very emotional, and the support that I received from Olivia, Alexa, Lexi, and John at the Lake Elmo office was way above anything that I was expecting. They were empathetic and supportive with professional communication skills about the rental process. Truly a joy to work with. If you need to rent a vehicle, do not hesitate to visit this location.

    Picking up and returning my rental was easy and hassle free. The car itself was in great condition. The A/C worked very well and there were multiple charging ports. USB and a USB type C. The interior was clean and free from any odors. The people at the rental counter were friendly and knowledgeable making the entire experience very pleasant.

    I recently rented a Wagoneer for a family road trip. The staff here were very gracious in helping me find the right vehicle for our 7 person road trip! Alexa was also very kind in helping us return the vehicle smoothly. I would highly recommend Enterprise in Lake Elmo
