We typically like Pilot gas stations and convenience stores, but this one was awful. The bathrooms were dirty and the service was terrible. I wanted to get a Coke Zero fountain drink but found the dispenser to only produce the carbonated water without the syrup. I was fine to get another selection, but wanted to let the worker know so that they could refill it. I walked up to the desk and she would not even raise her head up to look at me. Finally, I said, excuse me and told her that the Coke Zero was out. She said they don’t have Coke Zero without even looking up or acknowledging me. I’m attaching a photo of the Coke zero button. I then tried to get a Diet Pepsi and that one was also out. Finally, I got a diet Dr Pepper and went to the counter to pay. I nicely told the same woman that the Diet Pepsi was also out, and she did not even acknowledge me. Wow. I’m not sure it would be able for anyone to care less for their customers. At a time when gas prices are competitive, and there are other options, it would take so little to make people just simply feel welcome when they enter your store. We are often greeted with a hello and a smile at places like Love’s and Kwik Trip. Guess we will stop there from now on.

Usually, Pilot locations provide a great experience, but this one is an exception. First, the garbage bins were overflowing, making the place look unclean. On top of that, the staff seemed inattentive. There was no sugar or cream available where it should have been, and I had to call a staff member just to get them. Unfortunately, this wasn’t a one-time issue. The same thing has happened to me 3–4 times at this location. Management should pay closer attention to cleanliness and ensure basic coffee supplies are always stocked and easily accessible.

Straight trash. Called up to ask if they had an electrical cord, the guy puts me on hold and walks away for 20 minutes. I hang up and call back. The guy says oh sure we have them! I said are you sure? He said yeah I said okay then can you tell me how much they cost? He takes another 15 minutes to come back to the phone, meanwhile I can hear him talking to his girlfriend on the phone. It's no wonder pilot is going under

Worst and dirtiest Pilot location I have ever experienced. Nobody seems to care about the customers waiting for showers. There are four showers available, but they are all empty and not being cleaned or managed. During busy hours, many drivers need to use the showers, but people are waiting for more than an hour with no progress. This service is unacceptable and needs immediate attention.

This pilot location is a rundown mess that's honestly disgusting. I don't know if the staff are just lazy or incapable of doing their job. The bathrooms are an unholy nightmare of filth. The hot food is old and hard. I feel like I need a shower just being here. I'm afraid to get one because I cant be sure they arent just as nasty. A lot of the bad reviews on this location are accurate. Reaching out to this location won't cut it this time. You need a massive renovation to clean this mess up. There's graffiti all over the place in the bathrooms. And while I understand that's not on you.. there is still a responsibility to fix it.
