I asked him to double check the prices because it was incorrect due to car insurance and he told me he’s the supervisor and that he’s been there for 3yrs instead of explaining the break down of the cost like a normal person. Like sir, I don’t care about your position, I need help understanding the estimation. He’s was on an ego trip or something. I hope he gets help or gets a new job cause he can’t even explain how prices are deducted from car insurance.
