  Andrew was an amazing salesman from day 1. He showed me several campers, and would answer his phone/text me back even on his off days. Truly a stand up guy. Would recommend anyone to him!

  Great experience here. Extremely hot out but the crew stayed cool. Zach was the best! He is very knowledgeable and we were able to ask many questions. We could find what we wanted at first but he kept thinking and trying different angle until we found the perfect one. The money guy (sorry, forgot his name) was very personable. We ended up talking a little too long. Second time we have bought from them. Highly recommend.

  We purchased a Cougar travel trailer at the Hugo Forest River Camping World on April 24th, 2026. We purchased this camper to use as living quarters on weekends while developing our land in Northwestern Wisconsin. When we took delivery of this camper on the 24th, we were told that Forest River needed to replace the grey water tank due to a leak. They estimated the new tank would take about 1 week to arrive and a few hours to install. On May 1st, 2026, I received a call from Forest River RV stating that the grey tank was in and that I could bring the camper in the following week. On May 5th, 2026, I dropped off this camper at Forest River Hugo to have the grey water tank replaced and to correct the non-functioning water pump. I called in several times during the week of May 5th for an update but did not receive a callback. I asked the desk receptionist to speak with a manager, and a gentle man called me back and allowed me to explain our situation. This manager managed to get me some answers regarding our camper's status. We picked up our camper within a few days and were told that all issues were corrected. On Saturday, May 23rd, while attempting to take a shower in our camper, we realized that the pump and tank issue was not corrected and something was leaking from below. Due to the Memorial Day weekend, I was unable to speak with Forest River until Tuesday May 26th.We brought the camper back in on May 27th and it was ready for pickup on or about June 3rd.On June 19th we found that the water pump was not working and the grey tank was still leaking, causing the belly board to be soaked and bulge downward. We transported the camper to Forest River again on June 24th. Dan Kelley told us they would make this a priority so we could have this camper for the 4th of July weekend. I called FR on June 29th to check the status of our camper, only to find out that Dan had the week off, so I left a message with Shelby but received no callback. On Tuesday June 30th I called again for Shelby, and she returned my call explaining that they had not yet pulled my camper into the shop to see what was wrong with it. I took the time to explain our situation to Shelby. This morning, I called and left a message for Shelby with the front desk. It is now 5:30 p.m., and I don't know where we will be staying this weekend.
