  Stopped by to check on a buddies RV that has been there for warranty work for 2 weeks. Still not done. Terrible service!!

  The guys at Forest River were great. They were so patient with us and so helpful in our decision with our new RV. Great service and we will definitely go there for our next upgrade in 5 years.

  We made the drive up from Arkansas to pick up our new Forest River Salem FSX. I searched the internet far and wide and they had the best price in the entire U.S. on the one we wanted. Being from the south, that good ole 'southern hospitality' tends to fade a little bit the further north you travel, but we introduced to something entirely new, 'Minnesota Nice'. Our salesperson Bridget made the deal seamless as we worked the deal on the phone beforehand. Unlike many Camping World locations, this one felt warm and inviting, instead of being greeted like we were in an interrogation when you immediately walk through the door, we were met with smiling faces that were genuinely excited to see us. From the front desk greeting, to the sales team, on into to financing, they made us feel right at home despite our wildly different accents. Even though we are not new to the camping lifestyle, Shorty, gave us a thorough walk through of our new unit showing us all of the little, yet still important details. He found a very minor issue with the clean-out cap and made sure to remedy it before we pulled out. The parts team got our equalizer hitch installed quickly and Shorty gave us the rundown on how to operate it properly. Overall very satisfied with our entire experience from start to finish, it made the 10+ hour drive worth it! 5 Stars for customer service and a smooth no pressure sale!

  I hate to do this but I do not want anyone else to have to go thru what I am going thru. Also kind of a lot of info. Wish I would have done more research before purchasing my fish house. I purchased my fish house from Forest River RV and had great service while doing paperwork to purchase but after that you get no feedback. I have heard that yetti fish houses were top notch but after purchasing from Forest River RV it has left a bad taste in my mouth. Just months after purchasing it noticed the siding buckling and was told it was because I set it down improperly but only was down 1 time and it was on a concrete garage floor. 🤔. Then I noticed the door latch was missing a screw.....again my fault. Had to replace the propane tank cover because it literally fell apart. Then 3 of our windows cracked, they fixed one and said they received the wrong size for the other 2 and when they get them they will call. That was 2 months ago and 7 calls with messages left with no returned call. 😑 I can tell you I will never purchase from there again and will forewarne anyone I know looking for a camper/fish house to stay as far away as they can. Worst customer service I have ever had.

  We have purchased multiple campers from this dealership, but unfortunately, our most recent purchase early this spring has been nothing but problems. Since the purchase, we have had one issue after another, and getting a response from customer service has been extremely difficult. When we finally do receive a call, there always seems to be another excuse, but very little actual resolution. Today was the final straw. I was told a service team would be at our camper in northern Minnesota early this morning for what I was told would be a full-day, potentially two-day, repair job. At 9:30, no one had arrived, so I called the service manager. I was told the crew had forgotten they were scheduled to be there early, but I was assured they had left the shop at 8:30. Since it is approximately a three-hour drive, I was told they would arrive around 11:30. At 12:45, there was still no service team and no phone call. I called the manager again and was then told they were still approximately 45 minutes away. That leaves only a few hours to complete what was supposed to be a full-day or even two-day job. This level of communication, follow-through, and customer service is extremely disappointing. After purchasing multiple campers from this dealership, I can say with confidence that I would never purchase another camper from them. I strongly recommend doing your research and being very careful when choosing a dealership. There are many reputable dealerships out there that value their customers and stand behind what they sell. Unfortunately, based on our experience, this is not one of them.
